All local schools, businesses, community groups, streets and residents are invited to join in.
Why not get creative over the summer to plan and make a truly fabulous scarecrow ready to display. There is no theme – use your imagination – we just ask that sustainable, eco-friendly and/or recycled materials are used for your creation.
If you would like to enter a Scarecrow, please email alresfordscarecrow@gmail.com to register your interest. Suggested Scarecrow entry donation £10 for businesses / £5 for group, school, family, street, individual.

It’s that time of the year again when we can all look forward to Heritage Open Days and a chance to discover the history right on our doorstep, all for free. This year sees the welcome return of some festival favourites in addition to events which are brand new. Many of them you can just turn up to, but some events require booking in advance.
