award winning kitchen makeovers

After Makeover

Upto 50% cheaper than a new fitted kitchen Mrs Ward tasked Happy Kitchens with a makeover whilst incorporating major changes. Ben came up with a beautiful design and costed this kitchen at just under half of the quoted costs, from brands such as Wren and Magnet. Not only did it cost less the quality offered was much higher, hand made units and worktops fabricated to order. All this made Mrs Ward a Happy Customer. At Happy Kitchens, we offer a wide range of makeover services ranging from replacement worktops, kitchen doors, splashbacks, hinges and wirework to new appliances and much more. We also offer new kitchen design and installation services too.

Wellbeing THE FORUM’S BEAUTY EDITOR TALKS TO DORTHE THOMAS, ANDOVER’S ANTI-AGEING SPECIALIST, ABOUT MEDISPA SLIMMING TREATMENTS THAT DELIVER RESULTS.

Dorthe Thomas, an Andover based Beauty Therapist whose High Street Spa recently won Gold at the British Hair & Beauty Awards is just the person to ask. Ahead of her time, Dorthe has been collaborating for years with cutting edge Slimming brands such as Cryosthetics, to deliver non-invasive treatments that really work for her clients. LipoContrast is a body contouring treatment that delivers rapid results by heating and cooling fat cells; reducing body fat without skin damage or invasive methods. 33% of the treated fat tissue will be eliminated and gradually breaks down through the metabolic system. Dorthe has been using LipoContrast for over a year and explains “this treatment works wonders at removing the stubborn areas of fat that build up over time on middle areas, hips and thighs. We’ve seen fantastic results on our clients and can’t recommend this treatment highly enough”. Results are almost instant and typical daily activities can be resumed straight away. As for achieving toned and supple skin Dorthe has developed Banish It - a 3 Step Organic Body Wrap which offers instant improvements to skin texture. Dorthe explains, “I developed Banish It to deliver the holy trinity of slimming skincare: shifting cellulite, promoting inch loss and toning up the skin. The products used are packed full of highly concentrated active plant extracts, caffeine and essential oils all designed to smooth and firm the skin.”

T

hanks to revolutionary developments over the past decade, we’re living in a golden age for Slimming. Today we can get the figure we want without spending hours in the gym or breaking the bank. But how do you know which treatments actually work?

WHEN IT'S ALL TOO TRYING

W

hen you so much want something to happen and it just doesn’t, or when you have ‘tried everything and nothing works,’ the first step towards relief may be to stop trying. So many frustrating situations and stress-related disorders arise from trying too hard for too long, or trying the wrong way, or both. Sleep is one of those many essentials of the good life that can be invited, but absolutely can’t be pushed. In one experiment, a group of healthy students were asked to fall asleep “in record time.” Another group was invited to sleep “whenever you like.” Not only did the first group take much longer to get to sleep, but for the rest of the night, too, they kept waking and finding it difficult to sleep again. To want something really badly is a really bad way of going about it. Insomnia – like infertility: like exam nerves: like writer’s block: like performance anxiety, to name a few – often begins as a temporary symptom that becomes an on-going problem the more you worry about it on its own account. Forget the saying “Try, try, try again.” It is not helpful to tell anyone “Try to relax.”Trying is the opposite of relaxing. As soon as you begin to feel exasperated, stop! Take a breath. And let it go.

6

Dorthe is offering Forum readers 25 % off LipoContrast and Banish It treatments booked in May 2018. Quote May Forum and call 01264 748300 or email info@dorthethomasspa.com to find out more. www.dorthethomasspa.com

If we did not try, we would never learn anything new. If we want to acquire new skills and develop existing ones, we do need to make an effort and sustain it. But studies in how we learn have shown that this is only half of the story. It is when we alternate trying intensely with not trying at all that the brain gets really creative.Trying too hard for too long is like only breathing in, forgetting to breathe out. Relaxing, sleeping, taking things lightly is not time wasted or even time off. These are the times, while you are looking the other way, when your brain joins the dots, learns, consolidates its gains and discovers new understanding. When you are trying to force or hasten an outcome, trying is only stressing.Trying is empowering when it means inviting, experimenting, learning what works. Sleep comes naturally and inevitably when there are no tensions preventing it, and so do the answers to most of our difficulties. Words by Anna Powell Hypnotherapy www.annapowell.com

Wellbeing #LOVEYOURHEALTH CAMPAIGN

T

his year International Osteopathic Awareness Week will be taking place on 15th-21st April, forming the centre point of the #LoveYourHealth awareness month.Today’s society places everincreasing demands on your day, from the pressure of juggling a career, household chores, and caring for loved ones, and we know that it can be difficult to find time for your own health. It’s often only once your health begins to suffer, you feel forced to slow down and seek help. The aim of the #LoveYourHealth campaign is to highlight that by simply taking time for yourself everyday to eat well, drink more water, sleep lots, move often, relax more and love your body, it will ultimately improve your wellbeing and reduce the risk of chronic mental and physical illness. Osteopathic care is focused on creating an environment that supports total health for our patients, and this month we are raising awareness that our care reaches far beyond a bad back. One of the key messages of the campaign is finding ways to add more movement in to your day. Life is now full of conveniences, from the chair we sit in, the cars we drive, the phones and computers, escalators, lifts, trolleys, orthotics and splints, Amazon and Ocado deliveries, and now we barely need to move our arm to brush our teeth! All designed to make life easier, to prop us up, make us more comfortable, provide us with time saving hacks and make us more efficient.

Walk Over Loo Step Using a broomstick to balance, step up, raise up on your toes, drop down, and then touch your heel down on the other side. Tea Towel Stretch Roll up a tea towel, raise it over-head and side bend to one side, then the other. Beam Swing Find a doorway or beam to hang from. Swing and stretch from side to side if you can. Repeat all the movements 5 times for both sides, and repeat the routine 2-3 times. Once you are confident in the movement patterns and feeling stronger, you can try the movements without a broom, sink into deeper squats and lunges, and increase your weights and repetitions. This takes just 10 minutes, you can do it when you get in from work, whilst making tea, while the baby sleeps, whilst watching the news or listening to the radio, or over the course of a few advert breaks. You can even adapt this for the office, just use your chair for balance and a box of files to deadlift. There really is no excuse! Make yourself accountable to a partner, friend, or me! Take a picture, tag us and post it to Instagram @stockbridgeosteopathy or Facebook @ stockbridgeosteopathicpractice. I’d love to see how you are getting on! Go to Video Guides on our website for the full video if you would like to follow along, or go to the Downloads page to print off the exercise sheet. Have fun, enjoy the process of creating good movement habits, and feeling the health benefits along the way. Emma Wightman www.the-sop.com

Efficient at working at speed and from the luxury of a fully adjustable ‘orthopaedic’ chair, yes, but at what cost to our mental health and physical wellbeing? All these conveniences are turning our bodies to mush. A chair is simply an orthotic, a brace or support to hold our ever weakening bodies upright in the ‘perfect posture’. I challenge you, I implore you, I beg you to get out of your chair coffin and move. The risks of a sedentary lifestyle are so well documented now I’m not going to list them here, but what I will do is give you a 10 minute movement routine to wake up your sleepy backside, open your creaky hips, stretch out your exhausted shoulders and lift your ten ton head. All you need to do is pop on your trainers, or better still do it in bare feet.

The 10 minute kitchen workout

Cooker Squat Drop into a mini or parallel squat. Keep your shins vertical and bottom out. Basket Deadlift Hinge at the hips, stick your bottom out and keep your back straight. Milk Bottle Press Raise your arms overhead and then bend elbows to 90 degrees. Broomstick Lunge Step forwards into a mini or full lunge, use your broomstick to balance. Cupboard Press-Up Keep your bottom up, your back straight and your elbows out. Drop your chest to the work top, and push back up.

furniture to the smallest ceramic, are treated with reverence. For Jonathan and Iain these are muchloved pieces, with a quality of craftsmanship and history which only experts like them can really know; monetary ‘value’ is almost secondary. Jonathan came to Bellmans Winchester via a complex route: from Phillips in Edinburgh where he worked as a porter in the mid-90s, to Sotheby’s in Billingshurst in Sussex. He now lives in Petersfield where he loves to walk his dogs along the lanes to The Harrow pub in Steep, near Petersfield. He became Managing Director of Bellmans in 2005, commuting to the Sussex saleroom, and now spends one day per week valuing and cataloguing jewellery in Winchester. Jonathan specializes in jewellery and makes regular appearances on the BBC’s Antiques Road Trip, Bargain Hunt and Flog It, yet you get the impression that he is most at home surrounded by wonderful antiques in the Bellmans’ salerooms. Iain and Jonathan seem to be Yin and Yang; while Iain methodically unwraps, inspects and gently places each new article, Jonathan overflows with unique and infectious enthusiasm for much-loved items of the past.

I

meet Jonathan Pratt FGA FRICS and his senior director, Iain Rushbrook, in one of the viewing rooms at The Red House, Hyde Street in Winchester. The room reminds me of the Cast Room at the V&A or perhaps the Hogwarts ‘Room of Requirement’, overflowing with treasures. While we talk, Iain is unwrapping yet more items. Memories of the auction houses of my youth are of stuffy (can you really afford to be in here?) rooms filled with items you dare not touch. Thank goodness that times have changed! Whether you’re browsing the beautiful collections on Bellmans’ website, or sitting amongst them, one thing is clear: all the items, from the largest piece of

14

“I simply don’t understand why people would buy new, spending their hard-earned incomes on cheap, poorly made furniture that won’t last!” He gesticulates around the room. “Yes, of course some antiques can be expensive, and people buy them as collectors’ pieces or as an investment. But if you want reasonable, very well-made furniture in an array of beautiful woods, you don’t have to spend a fortune. One could easily furnish a small terraced house for a thousand pounds. The furniture you choose says something about you as an individual – your sense of design and style. These pieces around us here have a history; they were much loved and are just waiting to be again! Sir David Attenborough has said we should all be recycling to ensure our future, that’s what we do here; we up-cycle.”

Iain feels likewise: “I have a stunning bureau in my hall at home and every time I walk by it I have to stand and admire, it gives me such pleasure.” Jonathan is acutely aware of the heritage of his profession. “Prior to the millennium many of our market towns and smaller cities would have had antique shops and an auction room from whom people were happy to buy. But the rise in consumption of new furniture meant that many antique businesses closed. Everyone wanted to go modern, it seemed. Now we are beginning to see the upturn in buying good quality and pre-loved items; in an age of recycling they are very much in vogue. There is

a danger, however, that anyone can call themselves an ‘auctioneer’ without even being qualified. Here at Bellmans we pride ourselves on working with the very best specialist valuers and auctioneers, offering the utmost in professionalism.” “There are a multitude of reasons why people want to sell items, not least because of bereavement, so it is crucial that people can trust those that come to do valuation and house clearances. We are in such a privileged position that our customers trust us completely, that is so very important to us.”

Jonathan points to a stunning rectangular mirror, with a fretwork frame: “I’ve got my eye on that, it’s exactly what I need for my bathroom. It will probably fetch £40 – 60. It’s George II. Where could you find that quality for that price on the high street?”

Jonathan glances down to the mirror again, “I really do want that, it’s perfect!” Is there a dream find for Jonathan? He laughs, “Yes a blue diamond! But that’s highly unlikely!” winchester@bellmans.co.uk sussex@bellmans.co.uk www.bellmans.co.uk 15

Food & Drink VINEYARDS OF HAMPSHIRE LAUNCH SUMMER VISITOR CELLAR DOOR EXPERIENCE

F

rom soft sparkling Rosé to delicious Pinot Noir, the vineyards of Hampshire are brimming with sensational vintages, which is why for the very first time this year Vineyards of Hampshire have launched an exciting new summer Cellar Door experience. No need to book, just turn up. The Cellar Door Experience will see Vineyards of Hampshire’s seven vineyards open their doors to visitors once a month* on a Friday and Saturday, from Friday 18th May to Saturday 8th September for the opportunity to taste their wines and purchase directly from the vineyard shop.

Community SINGERS IN HARMONY WITH COUNTRYSIDE CHARITY

T

wo internationally renowned choirs will join together for a charity concert to raise vital funds to help protect the Hampshire countryside on 19th May 2018.

The acapella singing group made up of the all-male group The Close Shaves and the all-ladies group The High Heels will perform at Stockbridge Town Hall at 6.30pm on Saturday 19th May. The performance will raise funds for the Hampshire branch of the Campaign to Protect Rural England. The singers originally met while performing with the Bach Choir, but their concert included a wide range of music, from pop classics to musical theatre songs, as well as classical pieces. The money raised will support the work of CPRE Hampshire, which strives to protect the county’s beautiful countryside. The charity supports local communities campaigning to see developments putting the right houses in the right places. This will be a rare and special opportunity to see them perform together. Tickets are limited so book early to avoid disappointment! To book tickets, please email admin@ cprehampshire.org.uk.

Tourists and locals alike are being invited to explore the vineyards and taste a glass or two from the cellar. Due to the vineyards’ proximity to each other,Vineyards of Hampshire is encouraging people to make a day of it and traverse the countryside visiting a number of them (none alcoholic beverages will be available for drivers). Commenting on the exciting new programme, Caroline Stevens, Sales and Marketing Manager, Danebury Vineyards said “We’re incredibly pleased to see months of planning come to fruition with the launch of Cellar Door. At a time when English wine tourism is flourishing, this new initiative showcases seven of Hampshire’s leading vineyards and gives visitors the chance to experience a variety of vintages without needing to book a place on an official vineyard/ winery tour. We hope that Cellar Door will help boost visitation to the vineyards, which will result in the event been extended and expanded in years to come.” Vineyards of Hampshire have also just announced dates for its summer festival, which is fast becoming a date not to be missed in Hampshire’s summer social calendar. The 6th annual sparkling wine festival will take place on Sunday 22nd July at Raimes Vineyards. Visitors can sample over 12 premium English sparkling and still wines and enjoy local fare from Hampshire food producers and street food stalls. All located under marquees set in the beautiful English countryside. Tickets are £12 per person. Further details regarding the Cellar Door Experience and Vineyards of Hampshire Festival can be found at www. vineyardsofhampshire.co.uk. * Most vineyards will offer the Cellar Door Experience free of charge and some vineyards will only be open on Fridays. All dates can be found online. 16

plants are descendants of our native flora that the term “weed” for any wildflower begins soundlawn ungrateful, if not downright insulting. 0800 326 5013

Nostalgia for the past has been one of the incentives for introducing wildflower communities into our gardens. There is a kind of timelessness about a meadow which takes us back to what we feel was a simpler, gentler lifestyle where people were closer to the natural world. In garden design terms we are hoping to conjure up that elusive genius loci or spirit of the place, a sense of “belonging” in the landscape. The atmosphere created by long grass and wildflowers is relaxed and can be used to contrast, and sometimes to emphasise, more formal features. A swathe of wildflower meadow can work well around the fringes of a country garden to blur the boundaries between the garden and pasture beyond. It can define shapes in a garden in the softest possible way and without generating the work involved in a formal border. Meadows change through the summer, brimming with white ox eye daisies and buttercups in May and June, and in late summer the pink flushed yarrow, purple knapweed and yellow of lady’s bedstraws or dyer’s greenweed. Even when the meadow has been cut, as it must be to prevent the vigorous grasses overwhelming the flowers, the shape remains. Concern about loss of wildlife habitats is another reason for introducing communities of native plants into our gardens. Although it is true that many insects are just as happy to enjoy nectar from non native flowers, many are more particular about food plants for their larvae. The Common Blue butterfly lays its eggs only on bird’s foot trefoil and the Marsh Fritillary must have plantain or devil’s bit scabious. Others are dependent on certain grasses and these contribute to the natural look of a meadow, resulting in that wonderful rippling in the wind. Wildflower seed mixes are usually supplied with a large proportion of grasses to flowers to create a natural community. All the plants I’ve mentioned so far are perennials and will continue interacting with their plant community for many years, changing in emphasis from year to year as one species dominates another or is favoured or not by the weather. However, some of our favourite wildflowers are annuals, or weeds of cultivation. The field poppy is the most spectacular, painting broad strokes of red around the margins of 24

arable fields. To achieve a meadow of cornfield flowers the soil must be tilled to remove perennial plants and either left bare so the seeds in the soil can germinate, or seeded with a cornfield mix. This will include many flowers rarely seen nowadays, such as the corn marigold, purple corn cockle, blue cornflower and, a favourite of mine, the wild pansy or heartsease as well as the field poppy. These plants grow fast, flower and seed themselves in one summer and make a brief but wonderful show. They are not particularly low maintenance but perfect for an almost instant effect.

LAWN MOWING MADE EASY – OR AT LEAST A LITTLE EASIER!

How often is lawn mowing doing more harm that you might think?

L

awn mowing is one of those garden tasks that many people think they can do themselves. Some get it right and do a wonderful job; others are regularly getting it wrong. Perhaps you’d be surprised to learn how much harm you can do to your lawn by not getting the

basics right.

the height again in the dry hot weeks of summer when the longer grass will protect the soil from drying out and capture more dew overnight to water the lawn. Then, lowering again with the lush growth that comes in autumn. Finally you want to be going into winter with longer grass, better able to survive the bad weather. Humans are by nature creatures of habit. Think about your day and the things you do regularly, the same way each time. We get ready for bed in the same order or drive to work the same route. It makes things easier for us as we don’t have to think about the mundane stuff. We just do it. Most people are the same with their lawn mowing. Rarely do they vary their approach or direction of mow. They start at point A and finish at point B. As you mow your lawn the weight of the mower and the forward motion pushes the grass leaves in the direction you are mowing. Over time the grass begins to lean over this way making it harder to get a clean cut.Varying the direction of mow helps to promote healthy grass growth and makes for a more attractive lawn. It also reduces the chance of ruts forming from the wheels of the mower pressing into the turf repeatedly. Now to look at mowing frequency; let’s face it, we are all busy people. Most of us work hard all week and often hard on the weekend too. Speak to those lucky enough to be retired and they usually tell you they’ve never been busier. When we are busy or tired there is a tendency not to get everything done on time. The problem with mowing is that the grass just keeps on growing. Miss a mow and it’s longer than ever.

By now you might be wondering; just what it is that you need to know before mowing your lawn? When it comes to lawn mowing there are really three main considerations; height, direction of cut and frequency. Let’s look at each of them in turn. Mowing height is a fine balance between keeping the grass tidy and looking superb, along with allowing the grass to have enough leaf to photosynthesise and remain healthy. Plants use the green pigment in their leaves, along with sunlight, to synthesise nutrients from carbon dioxide and water. Remove too much leaf and you are reducing the ability of the grass plants in your lawn to create food. Weakening the grasses and allowing diseases to take hold. The grass dies back leaving bare patches where weed seeds and moss spores can settle, germinate and spoil the appearance of your lawn. By all means mow your lawn short, but don’t do it suddenly. Only ever reduce the mowing height gradually over time. If you want to mow short then ensure growing conditions are right. Warm but not too hot. Moist, but not too much rain, and of course adequate fertiliser. Speak to a lawn care professional to ensure your lawn is receiving the treatments it needs to keep it healthy before you reduce its chances of it feeding itself. Ideally you should be varying the cut height throughout the growing season. Starting high as grass growth slowly begins in spring. Lowering as the growing season warms up and growth is more vigorous. Raising

As the grass plants grow taller the stems of the plants extended into your cutting area. When you do finally catch up you are inevitably taking off too much leaf. Cutting into the stem of the grass plant shocks the plant. Making it less able to recover from the mow and more susceptible to diseases and die-back. Plus the lawn looks scalped and untidy. Mowing can feel like a never-ending job and grass growth can be unforgiving. Lawn care professionals have access to growth suppressants. Applied to your lawn they reduce growing height and encourage more compact, dense growth. They also encourage root growth, creating a more drought tolerant lawn. Speak to a lawn care professional to find out more. Mowing is a Marmite kind of job; those that love it really love it and those that don’t thoroughly hate it. After all, if you work hard all week, or if you are at a stage in life where hard work is behind you, then maybe there is something else you’d rather be doing than mowing the lawn. Create some you-time and leave your lawn care to the professionals. You might be surprised by how affordable a professional lawn care plan is and I’m certain you’ll be impressed by the professional results. ‘OPEN-PLAN’ OR ‘BROKEN-PLAN’ LIVING - WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE?

characterful atmosphere and strategic mirrors bring light, views & sense of spaciousness. The broken-plan concept offers a lot of opportunity to incorporate these ideas in creative and interesting ways, providing distinction, adding visual change & flexible zones - intended for the different functions. So before you get started with that sledge hammer, ask a builder over, or bolt-on a lean-to, maybe re consider your ‘interior-living’ objectives, including longer term goals, future resale and how you really want to use your home! Written by Elaine Walker WALK INTERIOR ARCHITECTURE & DESIGN tel : 01794 388 886 www.walkid.co.uk

ave you come to the realisation your home layout does not work or you need more space? Perhaps you’re considering an extension or alterations to create the ‘open-plan’ dream? But is one combined space right for you and your house - or should you consider a ‘broken-plan’? Open-plan living is popular and knocking down walls can create extra space, light, sociability and flow - ideal for families and entertaining. However a little separation might be preferable to some. A broken-plan provides an element of division, but still retains a sense of connection. Removing internal walls may not be the whole answer. Ironically, larger spaces can feel too big, undefined, cluttered and less cosy. At ‘Walk’ we consider & design many solutions for all kinds of property dilemmas. There is no all-encompassing fix. We use several methods & techniques in various combinations - all subject to the numerous factors involved, including structure, the overall brief, style and of course budgets!

This could be achieved by a simple increased opening, supporting columns or a change of floor level - to incorporating sliding doors or even a double-sided fireplace. Appropriate furniture, finishes & lighting further adds to the demarcation, often for budget or practical needs. Speaker: Christine Coulsting

An opportunity for a closer look at the honeybee, the tools of her trade and how she uses them. Taking a look down the microscope from antenna to sting, we will find out how the honeybee worker is equipped with many gadgets to enable her to carry out her many tasks. Christine will explain how the famous 'waggle dance' enables the colony to maximise foraging and why the honeybee is such an efficient and important pollinator. Christine Coulsting is a qualified beekeeper, and Chair of Romsey & District Beekeepers’ Association. She enjoys passing on her knowledge and passion of bees and beekeeping to new and aspiring beekeepers, as well as to the general public. At Broughton Village Hall from 8pm - all are welcome. Don’t underestimate the power of remortgaging This year has seen remortgaging reach a nine-year high, according to figures from UK Finance’s latest mortgage report. The report revealed there were 49,800 remortgaging completions in January alone – 19.1% higher than in the same month a year earlier – and valued at a total of £8.9 billion. So, why the sudden surge in popularity? It could be the combination of two factors: the end of a large number of fixed rate mortgages in the New Year, and the speculation that the Bank of England may announce a rate increase. If you are contemplating remortgaging, we’ve outlined key things to consider and the documentation you will need to provide for the process to run smoothly, whether you are employed, self-employed or a contractor.

Typically, you will need proof of income, bank statements and bonuses or commission, as well as your latest P60 tax form and, if you’re a sole trader, a SA302 tax return. All must be at least two years in date, but three would be preferred by the majority of lenders. I’m self-employed, can I still remortgage? If you’re self-employed, you will need to prove your income, usually at least two years of accounts. This is done through the following formats: •

Business accounts: You want to be able to show at least two years’ worth of accounts – three would be preferable. Most lenders will require the paperwork to be signed off by a chartered or certified accountant.

Tax returns: If you can’t show any business accounts, then at least two years’ tax returns are the next best option. You will be assessed on profits, rather than turnover.

Contracts: If you are a contractor, you will need to provide your current contract and employment history.

When considering remortgaging, there are three details to check on your current mortgage: Is there an early repayment charge? Most, but not all, mortgages have an early repayment charge (ERC), and some may have extended financial penalties after the deal ends. Determine if there is a charge, how much it is, and what date it applies to. With this information, you can work out if it’s worth paying the charge in comparison to the savings you will make on your new mortgage. Is there an exit or admin fee? Check if you need to pay an exit fee to move from your current mortgage. Not only this, you may have to pay an administration fee for releasing the deeds to your solicitor. This can typically range from £50 to £200. How much is owed on your current mortgage? Find out how much you owe to your current lender, your mortgage term and repayment method (capital and interest or interest only) – your lender will be able to provide you with this information. If you’re looking to switch, don’t be tempted to estimate how much you owe, make sure you gather the figures required to clear the mortgage on a set date. Having a set date means it will take into account any normal repayments you are due between now and then. Relying on an estimate may create a shortfall which you’ll need to pay additionally. Get your paperwork in order: Remortgaging doesn’t necessarily involve a heavy paper trail, but there are a number of documents you will need to provide before the remortgaging process can start.

If you’re looking to remortgage your property pop into your local Newbury Building Society branch or pick up the phone to arrange an appointment. Visit our Andover branch, or call us on 01264 361455 or email andover@newbury.co.uk.
