COLLECTIVE KNOWLEDGE
We are a collective community of employee owners who produce award-winning architecture and exceptional places where people live. It has been our privilege to be collaborating since 1986. And while design trends have come, gone, and some have surged again, one thing has remained: our commitment to design and create exceptional places where people live. Why do we do what we do? Because we deeply believe in the values highlighted above. It’s the heartbeat behind our community. It’s what allows us to truly call ourselves FORUM.
Nice to meet you (again)!
Whether it’s your first time seeing me on the digital page, or we’ve been running the conference circuit together and I’m now a familiar face, I want to say hello!
First up, I care about YOU.
Of course I’m biased and believe I have the best team of interior designers and architects to help solve all of your multi-family development challenges.
But, it’s possible you don’t need design just yet and just want a strategic industry problem-solver in your corner.
I’m here for that, too.
My twenty-year career is entrenched in relationships and I’ve been known to help achieve results in unlikely places and circumstances. Let’s sit down and have a chat!
Now, if you’ll allow me, I’d like to invite you to keep turning the pages to meet the team who delivers exceptional award-winning interior design.

Procuring multi-market projects is my specialty! I’m Sarah Cox, Corporate Procurement Manager and part-time FF&E miracle worker. Understanding the nuanced details of this time-sensitive phase makes all the difference in successful project outcomes. I’ve worked in the architecture and interior design field for over 14 years, focusing on FF&E purchasing. My experience in high-end residential, multifamily, student housing, senior living, and hospitality purchasing offers a finesse to this vital role that only experience can provide. Over the years, I have nurtured partnerships with hundreds of vendors in these different markets, including hospitality. From contract review to installation discussions and all details in between, I offer an open communication channel to ensure we deliver your project on time and on budget.
The Design Resource Group
DRG was incorporated in 1986 and offers procurement services as an owner agent on a contract basis for Interior FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment). DRG allows our clients to contract directly for purchasing, shipment, warehousing, and installation of all FF&E related to the Interior Design.
Forum and DRG have always worked closely together, but the acquisition of DRG in 2022 is especially important as it adds substantial value to our Employee-Owned Company. This purchase creates a more competitive edge to our Interior Design department by having the purchasing managed and controlled, in-house, which inturn, benefits our clients and projects.
Enhancing
Top-ranked by the Orlando Business Journal, Forum’s Interior Design department has created project designs from New Jersey to Texas.
The Interior Design department is responsible for working one-on-one with architects and clients to produce interior documents and project manuals, select and specify finishes, furnishings and accessories. Furthermore, Forum’s Interiors Department designs custom soft goods, and is fully equipped for purchasing, overseeing operations between vendors and warehouses, and the final installation of each project. Forum’s interior designs are target and market specific to each project.
