abroad - even Venice, Italy The largest city in both area and population between Tampa and Miami, Cape Coral is the largest and primary city in the Cape Coral-Fort Myers metropolitan area Between the 2010 and 2020 census reports, Cape Corals population rose 26% Planning and development began in 1958 by two brothers and real estate partners from Baltimore, Maryland, Leonard and Jack Rosen Their vision was a simple planned community The current level of growth appears to have exceeded their expectations
With so many attracted to the Southwest Florida, Forum Architecture and Interior Design is proud to be a part of the city’s positive growth in a big way Steve Silveira, a Senior Studio Director and lead architect for many multi-family projects at Forum recently gave a presentation to staff about the impact Forum is making to support the economic health and lifestyle desirability in Cape Coral Its humbling that Forum will have such an impact on the growth of Cape Coral It represents the relationships we foster and the level of service we provide where developers can build beautiful and successful projects” says Steve
Across a stretch of nine miles off Pine Island Road Steves team has been responsible for nine out of ten of Forum’s market rate multi-family projects totaling roughly 4500 apartments Two projects have recently completed and the remaining are currently in various phases of design and development A few of these projects are fully in-house with both architecture and interior design services provided One of the projects is a six-story wrap with a parking garage Eight projects are concrete block and plank construction and one is wood frame construction And eight out of the ten projects have been referrals from Brooks and Freund a general contractor based in Fort Myers - a testament to not only expertly designed properties but also the relationships Forum has built and maintained over the years
