INVESTMENT ADVISORY GROUP

Rick is a partner and the leader of the IAG team, with more than two and a half decades of commercial real estate experience. During his 25+ year career, Rick has negotiated more than $2 billion in commercial transactions on behalf of his clients, with a primary emphasis in investment sales. Prior to joining Foundry, Rick was a founding partner at OakPoint Real Estate advising clients in investment sales, deal structuring, lease negotiations, corporate services, real estate finance, and site selection. Prior to OakPoint, Rick served as managing director for ProVenture Commercial Real Estate for eleven years, after serving a seven-year tenure with Trammell Crow Company where he finished as area director for Middle Tennessee.

Rick has a BA in English from Texas A&M University and an MBA in Finance from Vanderbilt University. Rick is also a former NAIOP – Nashville Board President, a former adjunct professor of Real Estate Finance at Vanderbilt, and winner of multiple CoStar Power Broker awards.

Andrew is a Senior Vice President in Foundry Commercial’s Investment Advisory Group (IAG), which handles investment sales and capital markets advisory services for investors, institutions, and corporate clients on a nationwide basis. Over the course of his career, Andrew has represented landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers in leasing and sales across the United States and internationally. His seventeen years of experience, finance background, and thoughtful, analytical approach to commercial real estate transactions combine to help him achieve superior results for his clients.

Prior to joining Foundry Commercial, Andrew managed over 750,000 SF of leasing and sales transactions for his clients during his tenure at OakPoint Real Estate. Before OakPoint, Andrew was a Director of Dispositions for USI Real Estate, a division of Johnson Controls, in New York City, and previously served as Assistant Director, Consulting Services, for Savills Studley in New York City.

Ally serves as the Vice President for the Investment Advisory Group in Nashville, TN. She is responsible for overseeing all acquisition and disposition assignments across all product types, from a property’s initial launch to market through final deal execution. Ally provides comprehensive market evaluations and effective sales strategies for private capital and institutional clients both locally and regionally. She has experience across all aspects of brokerage including industrial, office, retail, site selection, and land development.

Prior to Foundry Commercial, Ally launched her brokerage career at OakPoint Real Estate as a commercial real estate advisor focusing on tenant representation for office and retail, as well as corporate services. Before joining the commercial real estate industry, Ally spent several years in NYC working in sales and marketing roles with private work collective NeueHouse, and with Condé Nast at Architectural Digest.

Prepares financial analysis and underwriting assumptions

Previous experience includes serving as the Manager of Investments at Montecito Medical Real Estate, and as a Market Analyst for Nashville-based Healthcare Realty Trust

DEBT & STRUCTURED FINANCE

David serves as Tampa Bay Market Leader, bringing 30 years of commercial real estate banking and team leadership. David’s responsibilities include leadership of the Tampa region services office along with leading Foundry’s D&I activities throughout the region.

Prior to joining Foundry Commercial, David spent three years at JP Morgan overseeing all Florida-based real estate investment and development clients, managing a portfolio of nearly $2 Billion along with providing strategic and operational advice to clients.

Prior to JP Morgan, David spent nearly 20 years at Regions Bank, serving in various roles including leadership of offices in Jacksonville, Orlando, Tampa and South Florida. During his time at Regions, David originated over $10 Billion of debt along with overseeing a $3 Billion real estate portfolio which consisted of debt on multiple property types thorough many regions of the country.

David began his career at Barnett Bank in the Management Associate Program followed by positions in a state-wide Loan Review Group and on the Tampa real estate team.

J.C. specializes in advising clients in the evaluation, underwriting, sourcing, and execution of commercial real estate debt and equity across all real estate asset classes. J.C. joins Foundry from Colliers’ debt and equity finance team where he contributed in all aspects of the business from origination and underwriting through negotiating and closing transactions totaling over $1 billion.

Prior to Colliers, J.C. was with CBRE Debt and Equity, and a portfolio company of TPG based in Europe that specializes in the development and management of industrial assets throughout Central and Western Europe. J.C. graduated from Florida State University with duel degrees in finance and real estate.

Foundry Commercial began as CNL Commercial Real Estate in 2007 when 12 former Trammell Crow Partners joined CNL Financial Group to launch a real estate services platform specializing in office, industrial and retail real estate.

The company has grown to be a regional real estate operating company with more than 434 real estate professionals, more than 65 million square feet of projects in 11 markets throughout the southeast.
