Preparing for tax season Once the holiday season ends, the tax season begins. 2022 IRS Tax Form 1099 and IRS Tax Form 1098 (Mortgage Loan Interest) will be mailed by late January 2023. You will only receive a 1099-INT if the total interest earned on your deposit accounts exceeded $10 in 2022.

Don’t skip the automotive terms and conditions It’s so important to take a few minutes and look over each and every document before you sign. In particular, always check the amount financed, paying close attention to how that number was reached. Also, make sure you have a clear understanding of what’s been added to the financed amount, instead of just focusing on the monthly payment. This way, you fully understand everything you’re paying for.
