• As of June 8th, lobbies are open by appointment only. They may be scheduled for non-routine transactions, such as, loan/account openings or closings and safe deposit box access. • Additional measures have been established, such as; increased cleaning, the installation of plastic guards in offices/teller lines, provided masks to staff and members for optional use.

Annual Meeting

Our virtual Annual Meeting took place Monday, June 15, via our website and phone conference. We had over 100 attendees. We realize not all members were able to attend the live virtual meeting and thus we will be sharing the audio on our foxcu.org/annual-meeting web page. There, we will also have a digital version of our 2019 Annual Report. We had over 15,000 Board of Director votes, cast by 6,874 primary members. The vast majority of the votes were entered in online banking. Voting for the leadership of the Board is one of the benefits of credit union membership and this year we had more votes than we ever have! We are proud to announce the election of:

Michael Voelker

Camille Zizzo

Joanne Bogenschutz

Their bios remain on the foxcu.org/annual-meeting web page and we encourage you to check them out. They will each serve a term for three years. They join Board members as shown below. The Board of Directors are responsible for the general oversight and final decision-making authority over affairs, funds and records of Fox; ensuring the credit union is operated in a sound and prudent manner and that all decisions are guided by the best interest of the members.

We would like to thank two Board members no longer on the Board: • Al Timmerman who provided us with 24 years of Board service and placed a seat on our Annual Meeting and Building & Grounds committees. • James Richardson who served on the Board for three years and held a spot on our Asset & Liability, Building & Grounds, and Personnel committees. We look forward to the Board’s continued support and leadership over Fox.

We were excited to release our history video at the Annual Meeting

When our first location opened in 1937, we were known as Combined Locks Credit Union and served only the employees of Locks Mill. In 1974, we hit the milestone of $1 million in assets. Those assets tripled by 1980 as we expanded to serve all residents of Combined Locks. In 1987, we became Fox Communities Credit Union. Within three years, we grew to nearly $40 million in assets. Various partnerships formed over the years, bringing us to where we are today; over $1.9 billion in assets, 23 locations, serving over 107,000 members. Interested in learning more on Fox’s history? Make Hearts Happen!

To help uplift the communities, we joined in on a national movement called The Happy Heart Hunt. We encouraged staff to decorate Fox locations and their homes. All displays were 100% from the warm hearts and creative minds of our staff. We thank our staff for helping us bring joy to the communities!
