The Site is rich with various context that can be part of the building design. An existing playground, a human nodes hawker stals and existing greenery of site. Connect all the context and lead people to the building by proposing an elevated urban park.
The design intention is sea rescue as priority, every spaces proposed is to maximize the access of sea rescue. To reduce destructive of flood in Kemaman, Building is elevated and first floor act only as sea rescue usage while second floor as conservation centre.
Marine life conservation is to provide awardness on illegal fishing to locals. An interaction between fish and people will able to explain the process. Thus, a fish pond with featured wall that allow fish flow is proposed as education purpose.
The human nodes are concentrate on the elevated urban park that connect direct to the building and the landscape garden. Car park below is part of landscape design that act as gathering point.
The greenery infornt the site and existing pavement is remain to allow connection with the site context. The existing huge trees are use as part of landscape. The ideas is to maximize the context to recreate a different human nodes point.
The elevated urban park allow direct access to first floor. Two axis based routes are proposed for both vehicle and human acess. Both routes will lead from one point to the next, from hawker stalls to playground.
A sun analysis study that propose windows avoid from east and west to minimize heat gain and uncomfortable glare. The wind from sea breeze will be channel into the site through the stilts, car park beneath the elevated urban park can be ventilated from both sea and land breeze.

Communal activity is where reciprocal interaction created. Activity should not be limit in box, it should able to attract users.
Ideas of elevated garden is to make use of space beneath. To maximize outdoor activity space. The leveling based on site topography. A continuos elevated platform will connect the view of mountain behind and UCSI University Activity space is allocated into two section: Public & semi-Public by a massive wall barrier in between to define the boundary.
Student hostel are optimized to allow more communal space. Activity at the center allow ventilation and design based on contour of site.
Communal space located at center surrounded by private resident. A connection between public, semi-public and private can be created.
