In our project about the WORKPLACE IN EUROPE, we want to analyse the development of workplaces in Europe, proceeding from the examples of six participating countries , find out together what makes companies successful and enhance our students ‘ chances of SUCCESSFUL JOB APPLICATIONS within the EU and beyond by identifying and practicing the SKILLS REQUIRED.

The project addresses one of the main CHALLLENGES in most participating European countries - that of YOUTH UNEMPLOYMENT.

In our project about the WORKPLACE IN EUROPE, we want to analyse the development of workplaces in Europe, proceeding from the examples of six participating countries , find out together what makes companies successful and enhance our students ‘ chances of SUCCESSFUL JOB APPLICATIONS within the EU and beyond by identifying and practicing the SKILLS REQUIRED.

And I’ve had retraining in my job.” -Can you describe the last job you had to do? “Yes, I can. With a clean conscience,I’ve done all my duties. These eleven years, I’ve spent in the factory-they were very precise. It was all about getting into the work which I’ve done with a huge responsibility. The other eleven years, I’ve put all my effort in order to show my abilities as a worker-discipline and respect for the leadership.” -Did you have some kind of mentor who helped you at the beginning? “Yes, I did. He wasn’t called a mentor, but a tuner, who showed me with a precision how to tune my machine and how to take out the detail with the required precision.”
