OUR FRAM EW ORK W e do not just provide hom e teaching services like m any other educational firm s do, we go beyond that, as we are genuinely concerned in im proving the calculations-strength of every student that we teach and m aking them calculations-sm art. In order to achieve this, we have put in place two feedback m echanism s known as the IE and IIE which we use to m easure the depth of understanding of each student on what we teach them . In addition, the IE and IIE identify any lapses or deficiencies in learning difficult subjects over a given tim e period, and we use such inform ation to correct such lapses, thus m aking students better learners of calculative subjects. Intellectual Evaluation (IE) - To be held on the last week of every two m onths, which is, after every seven (7) weeks of qualitative tutoring. W e use this detailed, regim ental evaluation to test our student(s)’ understanding of the topics that had been taught within a seven (7) weeks tim e fram e. The result(s) of the IE test is/are always em ailed to each parent/guardian. Intensive Intellectual Evaluation (IIE) - To be held on the last week of every six (6) m onths, which is, after every twenty-three (23) weeks of efficient teaching. W e use this highly robust evaluation to assess our student(s)’ understanding of the accum ulated and broad spectra of all the topics taught for five m onths and three weeks tim e regim e. The result(s) of the IIE test is/are always em ailed to each parent/guardian. PERIODS Each student is taught twice per week, that is, for two periods. One of the periods is scheduled to run for one (1) hour. The other period in the sam e week has a duration of two (2) hours, with a few m inutes break in between the two subjects that would be taught in this two-in-one period. N.B. Please note that the class duration for a period stated above is based on an estim ation as actual tutoring and learning m ight be lesser than that. It depends on a num ber of factors such as the class or level of a student, and the size of the content to be taught in a given period.

FLEXIBLE TUTO RSHIP CHARGES THE STANDARD BILLING PLAN (1) The STANDARD BILLING plan tables below show the M ONTHLY tutorship charges for our thorough teaching sessions. (2) W e offer high percentage discounts to our clients. Please note that discount is not available to only one (1) student, except if they are paying in bulk, for six (6) or tw elve (12) m onths tutoring. Please see the details below . (3) The students for Cam bridge AS/A level, Edexcel AS/A level, SAT, ACT, JAM B/UTM E, NABTEB (A-level) and Universities Predegree/Diplom a are all classified into Group 1, w hile the students for Cam bridge IGCSE, Edexcel IGCSE, NABTEB (O -level), SSS (1-3)/SSCE and GCE are classified into Group 2. Group 1 and Group 2 students m ake up Category A students. (4) As explained in TABLE 3 below ; for tw o or m ore students in the sam e group, O NE (1) student w ill pay a full tutorship charge for our tutorship, w hile: (a) The rem aining number of Group 1 students for Cam bridge AS/A level, Edexcel AS/A level, SAT, ACT, JAM B/UTM E, NABTEB (A-level) and/or Universities Pre-degree/Diplom a w ill enjoy a 20% discount OR (b) The rem aining num ber of Group 2 students for Cam bridge IGCSE, Edexcel IGCSE, NABTEB (O -level), SSS (1-3)/SSCE and/or GCE w ill enjoy a 25% discount. (5) For tw o (2) students in different groups, as part of our Corporate Client Responsibilities to our valuable clients, w e shall calculate the discount using the higher percentage (%) discount-value (i.e. 25% ) between the tw o percentage discount values of 20% and 25% allocated to the tw o different groups of students. This im plies that the tw o students w ill pay lesser than they w ould have; compared to if w e w ere to use the low er percentage discount-value of 20% . Please see TABLE 4 below for the full details. (6) The discount to be enjoyed by three (3) or m ore students in different groups shall be calculated by taking the average (m ean) of 20 % and 25% discount-values allocated to the different groups of students as show n in TABLE 4 below . (7) The ACTUAL TUTORSHIP CHARGES colum ns of TABLEs 3 and 4 show the exact tutorship fees that students w ould have paid IF there were no discounts; w hile the DISCOUNTED TUTORSHIP CHARGES colum ns (w hite colum ns) in both tables indicate the m onthly, reduced tutorship fees that students w ill pay to us for our tutorship services.

THE OPTIMAL BILLING PLAN (1) The OPTIMAL BILLING plan tables below show the MONTHLY tutorship charges for our holistic teaching sessions. (2) We offer high percentage discounts to our clients. Please note that discount is not available to only one (1) student, except if they are paying in bulk, for six (6) or twelve (12) months tutoring. Please see the details below. (3) The students in Year (7-9) [British curricula] and JSS (1-3) [Nigerian curricula] are classified into Group 3, while the pupils in Year (1-6) [British curricula], Primary (1-6) [Nigerian curricula] and Reception classes are classified into Group 4. Group 3 and Group 4 students make up Category B. (4) As explained in TABLE 6 below; for two or more students in the same group, ONE (1) student will pay a full tutorship charge for our tutorship, while: (a) The remaining number of Group 3 students in Year (7-9) [British curricula] and/or JSS (1-3) [Nigerian curricula] will enjoy a 26% discount OR (b) The remaining number of Group 4 students in Year (1-6) [British curricula], Primary (1-6) [Nigerian curricula] and/or Reception classes will enjoy a 31% discount. (5) For two (2) students in different groups, as part of our Corporate Client Responsibilities to our valuable clients, we shall calculate the discount using the higher percentage (%) discount-value (i.e. 31%) between the two percentage discount values of 26% and 31% allocated to the two different groups of students. This implies that the two students will pay lesser than they would have; compared to if we were to use the lower percentage discount-value of 26%. Please see TABLE 7 below for the full details. (6) The discount to be enjoyed by three (3) or more students in different groups shall be calculated by taking the average (mean) of 26% and 31% discount-values allocated to the different groups of students as shown in TABLE 7 below. (7) The ACTUAL TUTORSHIP CHARGES columns of TABLEs 6 and 7 show the exact tutorship fees that students would have paid IF there were no discounts; while the DISCOUNTED TUTORSHIP CHARGES columns (white columns) in both tables indicate the monthly, reduced tutorship fees that students will pay to us for our tutorship services.

THE MAIN FACTORS THAT DETERMINE OUR BILLING [1] Number of students to be taught [2] Class(es) or level(s) of student(s) [3] Distance to the residence of a client, with clients on the Island slightly paying higher than those on the M ainland due to the usually severe traffic grid-lock on those axes.

PAYMENT CALENDAR W e have two types of payment systems- (1) Monthly Fees (2) Bulk Fees Monthly Fees- This payment system allows for the installmental payment of our affordable tutorship fee every month, such that 75% advance payment of the monthly tutorship fee is required before the first class of any given month, and the 25% balance is to be paid before the last class of the same month; or at most, on the thirtieth (30th) day that completes a month cycle. Bulk Fees- In addition to the huge discounts of 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 26%, 31% and 36% which we happily offer to our clients with more than one child; the bulk fees payment module also provides an extra discount of 4% to each client that makes a bulk fee payment of six (6) months in full, while 10% additional discount is available to every client that makes a bulk fee payment of twelve (12) months in full. In both cases, the bulk fee is required to be paid in full (100%), that is, non-installmentally for this additional discount to apply. This is the smart choice chosen by most of our clients irrespective of the number of children they book for, as it eliminates the monthly bank charges associated with the M onthly Fees payment system and offers additional discounts; hence, you will save some money by choosing this option.

ISSUANCE OF RECEIPTS OF PAYMENTS Using our dedicated email portal (receipts@ kalculations.com), we send a signed, digital (electronic) receipt of payment to every client for every M onthly or Bulk fee payment made within fourteen (14) hours after payment, and upon notification by our Bank. This serves as an evidence of a tutorship-booking-contract between us and each of our highly treasured client, for any given month; or bulk duration of six (6) months or twelve (12) months period paid for.

HOW TO MAKE PAYMENTS

All payments should be made to:

Account name

: KALCULATIONS LIMITED

Account number: 072-3930-358 Bank

: ACCESS BANK PLC

We look forward to hearing from you and improving the calculations-strength of your child/children. Thank you for choosing Kalculations. The Board, Kalculations.

NOTE: (1) Please call or chat with us on Whatsapp to request for the available schedules for the weekly home teaching sessions. (2) A good and properly maintained Marker-Board is required for the intensive calculations that would be done. Kalculations will provide the Markers. (3) Please fill and submit our Booking Request Form below AFTER you have made a payment so we know the exact hard subjects where tutoring is needed.

CATEGORY B

OUR MODUS OPERANDI We do not just provide home teaching services like many other educational firms do, we go beyond that, as we are genuinely concerned in improving the calculations-strength of every student/pupil that we teach and making them calculations-smart. In order to achieve this, we have put in place two feedback mechanisms known as the IE and IIE which we use to measure the depth of understanding of each student/pupil on what we teach them. In addition, the IE and IIE identify any lapses or deficiencies in learning difficult subjects over a given time period, and we use such information to correct such lapses, thus making students/pupils better learners of calculative subjects. Intellectual Evaluation (IE) - To be held on the last week of every two months, which is, after every seven (7) weeks of qualitative tutoring. We use this detailed, regimental evaluation to test our student(s)’ understanding of the topics that had been taught within a seven (7) weeks time frame. The result(s) of the IE test is/are always emailed to each parent/guardian. Intensive Intellectual Evaluation (IIE) - To be held on the last week of every six (6) months, which is, after every twenty-three (23) weeks of efficient teaching. We use this highly robust evaluation to assess our student(s)’ understanding of the accumulated and broad spectra of all the topics taught for five months and three weeks time regime. The result(s) of the IIE test is/are always emailed to each parent/guardian. PERIODS Each student in the Junior Secondary School level (for both British and Nigerian curricula) is taught twice per week, that is, for two periods; and each of the periods having a duration of one (1) hour. Typically, pupils in Reception and Primary School classes (for both British and Nigerian curricula) are taught for thirty (30) minutes per period as they are young learners; and twice per week also. N.B. Please note that the class duration for a period stated above is based on an estimation as actual tutoring and learning might be lesser than that. It depends on a number of factors such as the class or level of a student/pupil, and the size of the content to be taught in a given period.

FLEXIBLE TUTORSHIP CHARGES THE STANDARD BILLING PLAN (1) The STANDARD BILLING plan tables below show the MONTHLY tutorship charges for our full teaching sessions. (4) As explained in TABLE 3 below; for two or more students in the same group, ONE (1) student will pay a full tutorship charge for our tutorship, while: (a) The remaining number of Group 3 students in Year (7-9) [British curricula] and/or JSS (1-3) [Nigerian curricula] will enjoy a 31% discount OR (b) The remaining number of Group 4 pupils in Year (1-6) [British curricula], Primary (1-6) [Nigerian curricula] and/or Reception classes will enjoy a 36% discount. (5) For two (2) students in different groups, as part of our Corporate Client Responsibilities to our valuable clients, we shall calculate the discount using the higher percentage (%) discount-value (i.e. 36%) between the two percentage discount values of 31% and 36% allocated to the two different groups of students. This implies that the two students will pay lesser than they would have; compared to if we were to use the lower percentage discount-value of 31%. Please see TABLE 4 below for the full details. (6) The discount to be enjoyed by three (3) or more students in different groups shall be calculated by taking the average (mean) of 31% and 36% discount-values allocated to the different groups of students as shown in TABLE 4 below. (7) The ACTUAL TUTORSHIP CHARGES columns of TABLEs 3 and 4 show the exact tutorship fees that students would have paid IF there were no discounts; while the DISCOUNTED TUTORSHIP CHARGES columns (white columns) in both tables indicate the monthly, reduced tutorship fees that students will pay to us for our tutorship services.

THE MAIN FACTORS THAT DETERMINE OUR BILLING [1] Number of students to be taught [2] Class(es) or level(s) of student(s) [3] Distance to the residence of a client, with clients on the Island slightly paying higher than those on the Mainland due to the usually severe traffic grid-lock on those axes.

PAYMENT CALENDAR We have two types of payment systems- (1) Monthly Fees (2) Bulk Fees Monthly Fees- This payment system allows for the installmental payment of our affordable tutorship fee every month, such that 75% advance payment of the monthly tutorship fee is required before the first class of any given month, and the 25% balance is to be paid before the last class of the same month; or at most, on the thirtieth (30th) day that completes a month cycle. This is the smart choice chosen by most of our clients irrespective of the number of children they book for, as it eliminates the monthly bank charges associated with the Monthly Fees payment system and offers additional discounts; hence, you will save some money by choosing this option.

ISSUANCE OF RECEIPTS OF PAYMENTS Using our dedicated email portal (receipts@kalculations.com), we send a signed, digital (electronic) receipt of payment to every client for every Monthly or Bulk fee payment made within fourteen (14) hours after payment, and upon notification by our Bank. This serves as an evidence of a tutorship-booking-contract between us and each of our highly treasured client, for any given month; or bulk duration of six (6) months or twelve (12) months period paid for.
