This year Agrumia has established a partnership with one of the most famous and illustrious Italian representatives of the ART of PASTRY; Master Chef Sal De Riso. Known for his passion, enthusiasm and love for his work, Sal De Riso has created a brand which goes beyond the Italian boundaries. Surrounded by the green of Tramonti, in the astonished "Amalfi Coast" a modern workshop covers an area of 1,500 Mq. More than 40 people work side by side according to an organization that ensures maximum efficiency, each team is responsible for a phase of production: from the preparation of sponge cake, crèmes, filling, decoration and packing. The real strength are the ingredients always of the highest quality: picked fruit directly in producers fields, the lemons of Costa d’ Amalfi I.G.P, the orange and tangerines that we make fresh and candied by us, with no preservatives or chemical additives.
