Step # 2 Each participant writes down 5 ideas
Each participant writes down 5 ideas that he/she believes will meet the challenge. Please number the ideas # 1 to # 5.
Step # 3 Each participant passes the 5 ideas to the person on his/her left
Step # 4 Each participant writes down 3 new ideas
Each participant reads the 5 ideas, he/she has received and writes down 3 new ideas. Number these 3 new ideas # 6, # 7, and # 8.
Step # 5 Each participant passes the 8 ideas to the person on his/her left
Step # 6 Each participant writes down 2 new ideas
Each participant reads the 8 ideas, he/she has received and writes down 2 new ideas.
Number these 2 new ideas # 9 and # 10.
Step # 7 Each participant passes the 10 ideas to the person on his/her left
Step # 8 Each person selects the 2 best ideas
Of the 10 ideas, each person selects the 2 ideas he/she finds the best.
