Technology
Maximum Technology Hub and wheel design are known as two of the key indicators to wheeling performance. BARITME has announced its advance design in both which have significant performance improvement.

Dish ratio comparison: In the right figure: It shows BARTIME’s dish ratio (D1) is much better than others’ (D2) due to the oversize DS flange design. The result indicates BARTIME wheel has more balance spoke tension and more Stiffer wheel performance.

force transfer system was designed to meet the demand of intensive riding as closely as possible: strengthened pawls, synchronal pawls engage ment to make the freewheel mechanism even more hard wearing
and a new seal

Design Concept BARTIME Force Transfer System: the contact between the pawls and the hub body is simultaneously. The patented mechanical device (called “simulative ring”), which forces the three pawls (yellow) engaged with the ratchet teeth (Yellow circle) simultaneously, which makes the riding torque applied the ratchet teeth become one third (1/3) evenly. Greater force longer hub lifetime can be achieved comparing with Traditional “single contact” design.
Conversion Design for 11 speed BARTIME 11 speed conversion kit is ready to take your favorite 10 speed bike to 11.
As known, 11 speed puts the hub
cassette 2mm wider in Driven-Side and which will shift 2mm toward to Non-Driven-Side.

DESIGN COMPARISON
RS100 10-SPEED HUB
In BARTIME 11-spd hub, the center to L/R outside remains the same distance as it is in 10-spd. The important numbers here are: Center to NDS flange: it indicates 35.5mm in 10-spd and also in 11-spd. The added 2mm in 11-spd is off-set by removing part(Eccentric Optimizing Spacer) . Total Hub Width: There is no change of the total hub width in 11-spd., 130.6mm in both speed. This will fit into a standard road frame with no problem and likely cause no alignment issues.
