An impressive new fish tank has also taken pride of place. Filled with 6000 litres of sea water, pumped through daily from the cellar, the tank showcases a myriad of local marine life found in the bay just meters away from you. The fish tank is also home to 600 bottles of Fryer’s Cove Wines.

The new menu at The Jetty Restaurant is a unique combination of local flavours, classic seafood dishes and modern renditions of age-old favourites. The Head Chef has taken the utmost care in crafting an exciting and riveting menu with local ingredients that offers guests a variety of West Coast favourites such as Snoekkoekies (fish cakes), Kerrievis (curry fish) and Roosterkoek, freshly caught line fish, and more. On summer days, enjoy a Fish Braai on the Jetty, Prawn Pans and the sound of the waves crashing on the shore.
