FRP SHREDDERS How do they work? The FRP Grinder (Franssons Pendulum) is a single-rotor grinder with slow rotation and hydraulic pendulum feeder

How do they work? The feeder presses the material against the rotor, equipped with fixed teeth that cut the material in the counter-knives. It is particularly suitable for highly demanding environments requiring a low level of noise and dust. The first FRP grinder was designed and manufactured in the year 1996. In these years of development, FRP grinders have achieved a high level of refinement.

Engine and Drive. Equipped with direct to rotor low range gearbox. The FRP-141 model is equipped with belt drive and low range gearbox. Inspection door and service. Electric opening, facilitating access to the shredding chamber. P Euroshredder Rotor™ Given its unique design, it reaches very high production levels, and it also processes film and fibre materials easily.

CoverCross Teeth™. Its geometry provides a long service life without losing efficiency and ensures 4 cutting positions, reducing by half replacement costs. CleanPusher PFeeder™. Powered by a 1.5, 2.2 or 4.0kW hydraulic pump with proportional valve, the feeder is faster and more reliable than ever. Electrical panel. Equipped with Digital Touch Screen PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), it consists of an alert system of scheduled maintenance, auto-stop when the machine is empty and QuickFinder system that allows up to 3 pre-sets to adapt the process to 3 different materials. Engine and Drive. The FRP-153 and 203 model can be equipped with 1 engine of 55-110 kW, belt drive and low range gearbox. P Euroshredder Rotor™ Given its unique design, it reaches very high production levels, and it also processes film and fibre materials with ease. Spherical roller bearings absorb high loads and are integrated into the structure of the machine, increasing the bearing cleaning and reducing its maintenance.

CoverCross Teeth™. Its geometry provides a long service life without losing efficiency and ensures 4 cutting positions, reducing by half replacement costs. CleanPusher P Feeder™. Powered by a 5.5kW hydraulic pump with variable movement, the feeder is faster and more reliable than ever. We seek the highest quality components in the market and we conduct thorough checks hereon.
