Between September 2008 and June 2012, developer Frasers Property and not-for-profit arts enabler Queen Street Studio (now Brand X) collaborated on an extraordinary and unprecedented project: FraserStudios, a community arts space occupying three warehouses within the future development site of Central Park in Sydney. Photographer Arunas Klupsas documented this project, and in this book – 1386 Days of FraserStudios – his 3+ year photo essay is brilliantly combined with commentary from managers Sam Chester and James Winter and stories from a swag of artists, writers and performers.
