About the Clemton Park Village development

Upon completion, Clemton Park Village will be a unique village community, comprising low-rise residential buildings, surrounded by parklands and green open spaces. The focal point of the community will be the Clemton Park Shopping Village, which will comprise a central piazza offering a Coles supermarket, fresh food outlets, alfresco cafes, restaurants and specialty stores to meet the needs of the community. With a ready-made trade catchment, supplemented by densely populated surroundings and limited full sized competing supermarket representation in the Main Trade Area the centre is well paced to thrive.
