This starts with the public transport infrastructure on Charlotte Street. We’re connecting it with an internal street which is a new pedestrian environment that provides ease of access through to what will then be a beautifully landscaped piazza, the civic heart. This will be activated by cafés, restaurants and local retail.
That itself will connect up to a landscaped podium where there is a community garden, child plays areas, linked to a community facility for all residents of Clemton Park.

We’ve tried to include a range of apartments to cater to everyone. From young singles and families, to people downsizing, there’s a range of one, two and three bedroom apartments including loft style design. There’s a great mix essentially catering to everyone. As a project this is quite unique for us in that it revolves around a large central park space which, in the Sydney market, you don’t get that opportunity. All of the apartments have been designed in a way that maximises their outlook and participation within the surrounding environment and park space.
