Jersey Release Process The Jersey Release at Five Farms will be held on Saturday 4th December 2021 and sales appointments will be held by appointment only. Due to high levels of demand, an expression of interest online system has been put in place to ensure everyone has a fair chance to secure a property. All land lots will be sold on a first come, first served basis.
Please follow these steps to participate in the Jersey Release. 1.
Ensure you are a subscribed member of Five Farms prior to 5pm (AEDT) Tuesday 30th November to receive the 'Request to Purchase' page link on Wednesday 1st December.

Speak to your Five Farms Sales Consultant to discuss detailed lot plans and pricing.

Select your preferred property (due to high demand it is recommended that you have multiple preferences). We suggest a minimum of three preferences. However please note only one lot per release can be purchased per individual person.

On Monday 29th November 2021, all subscribed members will receive an email with a link to the online 'Request to Purchase' page.

The 'Request to Purchase' page will open at 11am sharp (AEDT) on Wednesday 1st December. Please access this page via the link in Monday's email, approximately 10 minutes before expressions of interests open at 11am (AEDT).

At 11am (AEDT) on Wednesday 1st December the page will automatically refresh and the 'Request to Purchase' button will appear. You will need to confirm your details and click ‘register’ as soon as it appears to submit your details for your chance to purchase a property. Please ensure you are not connected to a VPN or that your machine has not locked or gone into sleep mode.

Expressions of Interest via the online 'Request to Purchase' page will close at 12pm (AEDT) on Wednesday 1st December. Please note there will be a maximum of 30 sales appointments for the Jersey Release.

One of the factors used by Frasers Property Australia to determine the order of sales appointments will include the time and date on which the Expression of Interest via the 'Request to Purchase' page is received.
9.
The first 30 successful registrants via the 'Request to Purchase' form will be contacted by the Sales Team on Wednesday 1st December (after closure) in order of expression of interest to confirm an appointment time for Saturday 4th December. Please be contactable by phone on the number you've provided. i.
If the Five Farms Sales Team cannot contact you, we will endeavour to leave you a voicemail or SMS, however, you will lose your ‘Request to Purchase’ priority and the team will contact the next prioritised customer.
ii.
The Five Farms Sales Team will endeavour to contact you on your nominated telephone number a second time. Once you return a call to the Five Farms Sales Team you will resume priority ahead of the remaining customers who have not yet been contacted.
iii.
If the Five Farm Sales Team are unable to contact you after the second attempt and you do not contact the Five Farm Sales Team before we finish contacting all customers, Frasers Property Australia reserve the right to forfeit your request to purchase and any opportunity to purchase a property during the Jersey Release at Five Farms.
10.
On Saturday 4th December, appointments are for 20 minutes, and you will be required to select your preferred property. Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time and ensure you bring proof of ID (passport, driver’s license & Medicare card and VEVO if applicable). The Sales Suite currently has limited capacity so we ask that a maximum of two people attend the appointment. Like our staff, you will be required to follow Covid Safe practices such as checking in via a QR code, wearing a face mask at all times and show proof of full vaccination status.
11.
Expressions of Interest unsuccessful in securing a sales appointment for the Jersey Release will be notified by email on Wednesday 1st December.
12.
A holding deposit of $1,000 via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) will be required on the release day. You will be required to sign a Contract of Sale by DocuSign and pay the balance of the 10% deposit within 7 days.
