FLOOR PLAN
The distribution of the space tries to be as simple as possible, in ressemblance with the traditional huts, the space contains a fire place, a small reading table, and a kitchen (to be used depending on the possibility of using solar-powered energy and recycled rainwater). A small mezannine enables the necessary space for two people to sleep in the hut, with a roof opening on the top, providing an overivew of the night-sky.

SECTION 5.27m The shed is designed to be easily assembled and disassembled on site, with only two or three workers needed and no mechanical power needed. The CNC cut cork bloc ar assembled with no adhesive in between them in a LEGO-like manner. The 50cm thick blocks provide enough insulation, therefore being a mono-layer building technique. The roof however does need wood cladding so that water does not penetrate the cork blocks. The hut is founded on flexible and light micro-foundations.
