Youth Award Ethereal Created by Keanu Rosa, Jarvis Cain and Rayel Wright when they were seniors at Walkersville High School, Ethereal functions to bridge the communication gap and provide on-the-go interpreters just as Uber provides on demand rides. Ethereal is supported by an app, Translator on the Go. Their service provides clients with interpreters who will be paid by the minute. This service socially connects the Deaf community and ASL interpreters for medical services, tutoring, business conferences, leisure activities, and emergency situations. This app ensures anyone in need of an interpreter or translator will have access to one, all cost free to the customer.

Eileen soon took the business on alone dreaming to own her own building one day. This dream was achieved in March 2000 when her elegant three story dining facility opened. Since then, Dutch’s continues to serve high quality food and provide excellent service in a comfortable atmosphere. In late February 2008, Dutch’s Dungeon opened as the restaurant’s newest addition.
