Lady Blythe FitzRam was a sixteen-year-old, very unhappy lady-in-waiting to the twelve-year-old Queen Matilda. After the royal wedding, the king left to battle in the rebellion in Koln and was gone a number of years.

Chasing Venus Frankie- He has a reason to kill those people. Half were authors he used to represent until they fired him and the other two were just bestsellers that he needed to get out of the way to get Annie to the top. This way he could make more money off of her. Why frame her? Maybe because if she gets sent to jail for committing murders based off the deceased books it will create more hype and interest about her and her books. Catapulting her to the number one spot on the bestsellers list therefore making him more money.
Cold Justice I enjoyed this second book from Katherine Howell as much as I enjoyed Frantic. In this book, detective Ella Marconi, is assigned a cold case that weaves through the lives of two high school friends that are reunited as paramedics. I turned the pages quickly of this detective mystery to find clues about the killer's true identity.
Cupcakes at Carrington's Georgie Hart loves her job. She works as a sales associate in Carrington's ladies bag department. Though she works on commission, she loves it. Carrington's holds all the wonderful memories of her childhood with her now deceased mother. She still gets a thrill every time she steps through the shops doors.
Darkmoon The last installment in the lives of Rylie, Seth and Abel has come to a close and it feels like saying goodbye to old friends after following their journey for so long. While some of the twists and turns in the book were not what I expected, I was pleasantly surprised with the outcome although for a moment there I was holding my breath towards the end.
Death Lies Beneath This is a fast paced excellent mystery, with an interesting diverse set of characters, and an intriguing hook at the end that has me eagerly awaiting the next installment in this series.Highly recommended.

Death's Door I have enjoyed reading Mr. Kelly's books for a year now. This is a nice solid read with well developed characters, and an involved plot. I must say I like complex stories, and if you do too, then this book will be an OK read.

The story opens on December 12, 2010. The bodies buried at a cemetery are being moved to higher ground to avoid flooding. When the grave of Nora Tilden, buried in 1982, is opened, grave diggers are shocked to find another body, a skeleton, on top of the casket. The body had to have been thrown into Nora's grave on the day she was buried.
Demon Hunting in the Deep South Evie's character has had it rough. Mother died young, dad turned into a drunk, kids making fun of her weight through school and beyond you'd be right in assuming she doesn't have the greatest self esteem. Now, don't get the wrong idea, she's not simpering in a dark room wailing about her life, but she's not having a great time either. She's just coasting through trying to stay under, around, AS FAR away from the radar as she can get. Be polite and unmemorable seem to be her philosophy in life. All that changes and she's thrust into the limelight when the town's long standing queen-bee shows up dead in her office. After thousands of years of existence the supposed emotionless Ansgar can't understand why he's so drawn to Evangeline Douglass. He's tried everything to get her out of system since meeting her. He erased her memory of him and went back to his own dimension but just can't get her out of his mind. He finally decides to return to Hannah but with Evangeline being accused of murder, his own feelings of unworthiness, and that pesky problem of demons trying to abduct her he may never get to explore his new emotions, including love.
Destination Truth: Memoirs of a Monster Hunter They are stories of his travels with a realness you just can't make up, and they center on the people met, the cultural differences, and the chances taken during the exploration of snake infested jungles and ruined complexes. The most important thing anyone can glean from this book is that the fun is in the journey, not the destination.

Edge What is there left to say about Koji Suzuki that I haven't already said in my reviews of every other novel he's released in English? Have I not praised him enough? Is he not satisfied that he is one of the few authors working today who has the ability to make me drop what I'm doing and go immediately to their newest release despite whatever else I had meant to read next?
False God of Rome On both the UK and the US sites, there seems to be, at least this time, a bit of a consensus regarding how good this book is. As far as I am concerned, determining whether it is slightly better or slightly less good than the two previous volumes is a rather moot point since I rated all three of them as five star books. What may be of more interest for potential readers are the reasons for attributing the highest possible rating to this book.

Fate Interrupted I love this book! I have been on a downward slope of book that fulfill me on many levels. It's been too long since I read a book that I giggled, fanned myself and highlighted so much in one sitting! Not that those actions make the perfect book, but a fast moving, hawt, mature story with twists, turns and bumps in the road NOT put there by juvenile misunderstandings make it perfect!

The CIA suit mentions NASA as the prototype of what they can do with the nation including the president and Congress in shock and thirsting for vengeance. In the late 1950s, NASA was formed because the Soviets were kicking our butt in space. He suggests the atmosphere is similar in the USA to create a top secret Tiger Team to take out the terrorists preferably over there instead of here.

Heaven's Night This book was incredible. The story was amazing and I agree with the reviewer that said if a movie was made, I would go see it!
Hitchers Looking back now, I can't believe that I had no idea who Will McIntosh was before I started reading Hitchers. Once I got into the book, and realized how great it was, I started poking around on the interwebs to find out more about him.

I Am a Cat: Three Volumes in One
This is a remark from one of the various intellectual snobs who are dominant characters here. Now if you can't guess, and I suppose several of the reviewers here can't, there is a complicated pun in the original (my wife teaches Japanese literature and deals with the originals, you see). But the point is that it's sort of funny, but really it's just a play on words that's a little too labored to be funny.
