Driver’s Licence: Must hold a valid full English licence, held for at least one year must be presented at commencement of hire. It must be written in English or accompanied by a current International Driver’s Permit.
Rates Include: Unlimited kms, Damage/Theft cover (subject to excess) and GST.
Accident Damage Excess (ADE): Each rental is subject to ADE which may be reduced by purchasing an Accident Excess Reduction or MAX cover package. Groups B-G NZ$4,200 incl GST. Groups H-X NZ$5,200 incl GST. Accident Excess Reduction (AER): Purchase of AER cover reduces the excess down to the following: Groups B-G NZ$30 per day incl GST will reduce the excess down to NZ$600 incl GST. Groups H-X NZ$36 per day incl GST will reduce the excess down to NZ$1,000. One Way Rentals: Groups B-H, J, K, M: 1-2 day rentals will incur a one way fee of NZ$210 incl GST. For rentals 3 days or more there is no one way fee. Two Island Hires: Must be a minimum 3 days on each island.
Credit Card Surcharge: 1.99% + GST for all amounts transacted on a credit card.
