Employee Benefits Summary


Coverage begins the first of the month following your date of hire.

Medical Insurance • One HMO and one POS plan are offered; all through Aetna. Co-payments for office visits, co-insurance for other medical care and annual deductible vary depending on the plan selected.

• Tecore and the employees share in the cost of the plan with Tecore paying the greater portion.

• Bi-weekly payroll deductions are pre-tax. Dental Insurance • Dental benefits are available through Aetna PPO Dental Plan.

• There are 3 tiers of coverage including FREE (in-network) check ups and cleanings.

• Additional services are typically covered after a $50 deductible.

Life and AD&D Insurance • Provided to you FREE OF CHARGE. • You will receive 1 times your base salary up to $200,000 in life and AD&D insurance.


Short-Term Disability Insurance • Provided to you FREE OF CHARGE. • You may start receiving short-term disability on the 8th day of an accident or on the 15th day of an illness.

• You may receive 60% of covered earning for up to 12 weeks.

• You may receive a benefit of up to $1,500 per week.

• Short-term disability may include accident, sickness, or pregnancy.

LonG-Term Disability Insurance • Provided to you FREE OF CHARGE. • You may start receiving long-term disability after 3 months of disability up to the age of 65.

• You may receive up to 60% of covered earnings. • Insurance may cover up to $10,000 per month. • Long-term disability may include accident, sickness, or pregnancy.


401K Plan • We provide a Company match for every dollar you contribute to your 401K plan.

• Tecore contributes 50% match up to 3% of gross.

• Your voluntary contributions are automatically deducted before taxes from your paycheck and are put into investment options you choose within our plan.

• Enrollment to our 401K plan is available on a quarterly basis, and is effective after your 3-month introductory period.

Flexible Spending Accounts • This plan is a wonderful way to save money on dependent care costs and out of pocket medical costs.

• Participating in this option will lower your taxes allowing more take-home pay.

• You may voluntarily set aside up to $5,000 in dependent care and up to $2,500 in medical care. Money for this will be taken from your check bi-weekly before taxes.


Holidays Tecore observes the following company paid holidays each year: • Memorial Day • Independence Day • Labor Day • Thanksgiving • Day after Thanksgiving • Christmas Personal Days • Up to 2 personal days per year depending on hire date. Vacation Days • 10 paid vacation days per year. • 1 additional paid vacation day is earned for each year of service. • You may accrue a maximum of 15 days vacation per year. • You may carry over 5 days into the following year. Sick Days • 5 sick days per year.
