REGISTRATION POLICIES*

Requests for withdrawals/transfers must be submitted at Fremont.gov/RegeRecRequest REFUND POLICY Refunds are allowed if requested up to three (3) business days prior to the start of the activity. A $10 per class withdrawal fee will be deducted from your refund. TRANSFER POLICY Transfers are allowed if requested up to three (3) business days prior to the start of the activity. There is no charge for this service. CANCELLATIONS We reserve the right to cancel a class for any reasonable cause. Should this happen, your fee will be refunded in full or you may transfer to any open class. NON-RESIDENT FEES For persons not residing in Fremont, the fee is $5 in addition to the published fee per class. *Policy updates to seven (7) calendar days notice starting November 2, 2020. FITNESS & HEALTH

An in-depth review of all 4 math content categories covered by the SAT. This class can also help students review/re-learn all the important math concepts that should be mastered for future math classes. Sample problems-multiple choice, ‘grid-ins’, & extended thinking will be demonstrated in class. 5 practice exam sections will be given & graded in this class, and personalized feedback will be given to the students. This class also prepares students for the PSAT. College admissions requirements & target score strategies will be discussed. TINY TOTS PRESCHOOL PROGRAM Kinder Phonics

Take your Preschooler or Kindergartner’s ABCs to the next level. This class will guide participants on how to progressively learn to read through language play and the Hooked-on Phonics program. Children will learn 5 short vowels, beginning and ending consonant sounds and letter blending. Children should possess language skills and know their alphabet. Participants will be placed into groups based on their ability-beginner, intermediate, or advanced. CITY OF FREMONT RELEASE AGREEMENT FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS IN CONSIDERATION OF PERMISSION TO PARTICIPATE IN OR USE ANY CITY OF FREMONT (hereinafter referred to as “City”) FACILITIES IN CONNECTION WITH THIS ACTIVITY, THE PARTICIPANT AGREES TO THE FOLLOWING: 1. THE PARTICIPANT HEREBY ASSUMES FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR RISK OF BODILY INJURY, DEATH OR PROPERTY DAMAGE to self or participant’s family member while upon City property or participating in the activity or using any City facilities and equipment, whether caused by any negligent act or omission of releasees or otherwise. The participant expressly agrees that the foregoing release and waiver, indemnity agreement and assumption of risk, are intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by California law and that if any portion thereof is deemed to be held invalid, notwithstanding, the balance shall continue in full legal force and effect. Registration Policies Requests for withdrawals/transfers can be submitted at www.Fremont.gov/ RegeRecRequest REFUND POLICY Refunds are allowed if requested up to three business days prior to the start of the activity. A $10 per class withdrawal fee will be deducted from your refund. Please allow up to four weeks for receipt of refund by check. TRANSFER POLICY Transfers are allowed up to three business days prior to the start of the class. There is no charge for this service. CANCELLATIONS We reserve the right to cancel a class for any reasonable cause. Should this happen, your fee will be refunded in full or you may transfer to any open class. NON-RESIDENT FEES For persons not residing in Fremont, the fee is $5 in addition to the published fee per class. SENIOR CITIZEN DISCOUNT Seniors (Ages 60+) receive a 10% discount on all classes except those designated for seniors. FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE The City of Fremont and many local business and organizations have funded a grant program, which provides financial assistance for Fremont Residents.
