MUSIC & VOICE

Spring season is the perfect time period to get rid of toxins that our bodies have accumulated over time and get a cleanse done to improve digestion, enhance liver function, lose weight, boost energy and improve our overall health. Most of us are really good about taking care of our vehicles and scheduling periodic maintenance checks to enable good functioning, but we hardly do anything for our own complex metabolic motors-our bodies, which need regular cleansing and tune-ups to stay healthy. This workshop will cover effective, gentle and holistic detoxification techniques and protocols incorporating real whole foods, herbs and lifestyle factors (backed by both science and sound traditional principles). We will sort out facts from myths, discuss a whole lot beyond detox and also get to try out several cleansing and nourishing recipes in a supportive and motivating group setting. $18 materials fee due at first class.
