It nurtures young children’s ability to use Mandarin and to participate in dramatic play within a musical context, including singing, chanting, moving, dancing, focused listening, and playing simple instruments. This parent-participation class is fun and informal, providing stimulating experience for both children and caregivers, regardless of one’s musical and Mandarin language abilities. NOTE: No make-ups for missed classes. Instructor Jill Chin has an MA in Education and Music Teacher Certificate. She is also a piano teacher. No previous language experience is necessary. Fee is per parent/child pair. $25 material fee due at first class for songbook and CD. BAR 248410 248411
