CRANBERRY BOURBON SMASH 1 Bottle Ginger True Büch Kombucha 1 TBSP Honey 2 oz Bourbon 10 - 12 Fresh Cranberries Optional: Thyme sprigs for garnish!

Directions: In a mason jar or cocktail shaker, add the cranberries & honey. Smash together with a wooden spoon until the cranberries release their juices. Add bourbon and shake well (until combined)

Pour into a glass and top with Ginger True Büch Kombucha.

Garnish with a thyme sprig & Enjoy!

If you don’t have fresh cranberries, you can use frozen. Defrost the frozen cranberries first by rinsing under cold water. Thank you to Jess at Cooking in My Genes for bringing us this delightfully bright, not too tart and not too sweet, Kombucha Cranberry Bourbon Smash.

EQUINOX BÜCHA MULE

1 Bottle Wild Ginger Wild Tea Kombucha 1 1/2 oz Eau Claire Distillery Prickly Pear EquinOx Vodka 1/2 Fresh Lime Optional: Basil for garnish!

Directions: Fill a mug with ice and pour in the Prickly Pear EquinOX. (You can also use your favourite vodka if you don’t have EquinOx on hand) Use a citrus reamer to juice the half fresh lime into the mug. Top with desired amount of Wild Ginger Kombucha and stir to combine the flavours. Garnish with fresh lime wheel, and/or fresh basil & Enjoy!
