Basspara Spin Rods

The performance is exceptional for an entry level rod with high castability and sensitivity whilst still maintaining power in the lower half of the blank

Crostage Egi Rods

The Crostage Egi rods range from 7’8 up to 8’3 in length and will cater for jigs from 1.2 up to 4.0 in size. The rod features MajorCraft’s carbon fibre construction called Micropitch Force Carbon. This stabilises the base of the rod and is supported by additional carbon taping which eliminates twisting.

The rods are light, crisp and have the sensitivity crucial for chasing squid and cuttlefish.They have a regular fast action and come with Fuji components.

Crostage Shore Jigging Rods

Shore jigging has rapidly evolved and MajorCraft bring their Crostage Shore Jigging rods to their signature range. The rods feature the Micropitch Force Carbon technology, strengthening the rod and eliminating twisting, delivering more power through the blank.

The rods are designed for shore based jigging but due to their light feel, are suitable for hard bodied lures as well. Ranging from 9’4 to 10’6 lengths, they use Fuji components throughout.

Crostage Jigging Rods

The Crostage is MajorCraft’s most popular series combining quality Fuji components and exceptional blank construction with affordable pricing. The jigging series uses the Micropitch Carbon Fibre construction, delivering more power through the blank and eliminating twisting and wasted force.

The rods come in both spin and overhead styles and can accommodate jigs up to 350 grams depending on the model.

Crostage Travel Rods

The Crostage Travel are a very unusual series of travel rods all in the 8’4 range. There are two Egi and two spin models, perfect for anglers looking for a long cast from the shore. The rods use the Micropitch Force Carbon construction used across the entire range.

Giant Killing Big Game Rods

The Giant Killing Big Game rods are aimed at hard fighting offshore fish. The rods feature the new Fuji Silicon Slim K Frame guides bound onto a supremely strong and light blank. This offers an unbelievable feel in the hand while still delivering the low down power needed to stop big fish.

Thy are all excellent casting rods perfect for lure chasing tuna, kingfish and top water or sub surface reef species. The rods come with PE ratings starting at 1.5-3.0 for the 7’6 and go up to 8.0PE for the 8’6 Tuna.

There are two rods aimed at Hirimasa, Japanese for Kingfish. There is a 7’7 and the other 8’6. Both are rated to a max PE of 6.0 and 100 gram lures. The Buri, meaning Amberjack in Japanese is an 8 foot offering with a PE rating of 2.0-5.0 and capable of casting a 25-80g lures.

The P.G Spec rods are designed for casting large lures at big fish such as GTs, Kingfish and tuna and come in three models catering for lures from 130 to 200 grams. The lightest rod in the range is rated to PE8 with the heaviest rated to PE12.

Giant Killing Jigging Rods

Never before has there been such a high-end and comprehensive range as the 2019 release of the Giant Killing Jigging rods. These are the ultimate in MajorCraft jigging rods. There are overhead and spin models for light, standard and slow jigging tasks. As the name suggest, the design principles are focused around large predatory trophy fish.

There are 15 rods in the series with varying lengths from 6’2 up to 6’6. They all feature updated cosmetics. The Fuji SiC Slim ring material makes the rods even lighter than before.

The rods come with PE ratings starting at 0.6 for the Light Jigging all the way up to the Jigging models with a PE of 4.0 at the upper end of the range.

Solpara Egi Rods

The Solpara X range of rods comprises two line ups. The Egi rods and the shore spin rods. Both are built with updated cosmetics and Fuji ‘O’ rings. Chasing large fish and even squid from the shore requires dedicated equipment and the Solpara X fits the bill perfectly.

There are 3 rods in the Egi series all 8’3 in length and 2 piece, making them easy to transport. They feature a nice parabolic curve that absorbs the powerful runs of large squid. They are suitable for jigs from 1.2 up to 4.0.

Solpara Spinning Rods

The Solpara spin are an affordable series for anyon looking to get into spinning from the shore for tuna, kingfish, salmon or tailor. The rods are capable of casting jigs, metals or even surface and sub surface lures

The shore spin rods, which can double as bait rods off the beach or rocks, range from 9’0 up to 10’0 with a sensitive tip section transitioning into a powerful bottom end. They deliver maximum casting distance.

First Cast Egi Rods

MajorCraft are one of Japan’s leadin lure rod specialists and the First Cast series infuses their top of the range technologies into an affordable rod group. The blank construction is perfect for beginners with a regular fast action that is sensitive at the tip and provides exception feedback during a fight.

There are two rods in the series, both 8’3 in length. Feature a specific grip assembly that has been designed for the rod to provide maximum comfort. The rods use all Fuji components to deliver a well balanced rod.

Triple Cross Casting Rods

The Triple Cross is an entirely new series, although, with similar specs to the old Skyroad range. The rods combine a light graphite blank with a high-quality Fuji components including new SiC Slim rings. The blanks feature the unique Cross-Force wrapping which adds strength and power to the rod.

Casting heavy lures from the shore can be taxing, yet the MajorCraft Triple Cross are a pleasure to use due to the ergonomics built into each and every model. The comfortable butt arrangement reduces weight yet maintains that fulcrum point for that all important cast. Often requiring long hikes to quality spots, shore based anglers will appreciate the manageability of two piece rods that are built tough to handle large fish. These rods will be suitable for a jewfish, longtail and any other pelagic speedsters you wish to chase from land. The rods are capable of casting 40 grams to 100 grams.
