Finding a Community

Family News

Communities are groups of like-minded people who meet to spend time together and spend time with Jesus. At Frontline, we feel that communities are very valuable for our walk with God. If you’re not in a community, or you’re new and would like to find out more about communities, please check the communities page on our website or email jackm@frontline.org.uk

Oasis; Mother And Baby Group Oasis is a group for Frontline mums with babies and young children. It’s aim is to support and encourage mums in that new season of life of having a new baby. We aim to help keep mums connected with church, with God, and encourage one another in our daily walks with God. Each week we have a cuppa, cake, and then have some form of word of the day and the chance to pray with other mums. We meet on Tuesdays 10-12am at Frontline Centre in the main creche (entrance through the side door of the cafe). It will be great to see you and your little ones there. For more info contact Abi on abinevill@outlook.com

Pray for: Madagascar! Graeme and Eli

Jan 2016

There are still an estimated 1000 unreached people groups in Africa; 28% of the population. Graeme and Elli are helping to see more people reached by working with, encouraging and equipping local churches in Madagascar. The spend a lot of time learning to local language but also working with their local church; as well as leaders and other groups around the country.

You are invited to join us for an inspirational night of worship where we will offer praise with our voices, our creativity and in our quietness. We will praise with our families and friends and come together in fellowship. We are joined by worship leaders from across the region who will lead us with Liverpool Cathedral’s Choir. Please join us at Liverpool Cathedral, 13th February 6:30-9:30pm. For more info visit www.oneworship.co.uk

Pray for: • continued stamina in language learning and contending with local culture • for their 4 children; especially Joe. Joe has to leave school this summer as the local French speaking school they go to only goes up to year 10. They have decided to try and get him to an amazing school in Kenya run by AIM for missionary kids; they have a meeting about that today • that Joe will get a place in the school, and they can work out logistical and financial implications
