Frost Valley YMCA Day Camp Frost Valley YMCA offers a safe, fun, affordable Day Camp for children living in our local communities as well as families staying in the area for the summer. Our Day Camp activities are based on healthy, hands-on activities that help children grow in spirit, mind and body, as well as embrace the 8 core values of Frost Valley YMCA: caring, community, diversity, honesty, inclusiveness, respect, responsibility, and stewardship. Frost Valley YMCA’s programs focus on building and maintaining healthy lifestyles that reflect the interests and needs of a dynamic community. We offer a range of options for children in pre-school through grade 10. We ensure enjoyable camping and recreational experiences for each child. Camp groups are coed and are divided into groups by age and grade. We offer nutritious lunch and snack options daily at no extra charge. Our counselors, who provide constant supervision and role modeling, are what make Frost Valley’s summer camp meaningful. Many are former campers who know our camp culture and are excited to share its traditions. Counselors complete extensive training in our policies and procedures, which stress health and safety first, in a fun environment. All Frost Valley staff and volunteers undergo criminal background checks and are scanned against the National Sex Offender Registry.
