Ignacio Z. Huizar | Latte Co

Ignacio Huizar, christian, journalist illustrator and graphic designer. I studied the career in graphic design for three years, then studied specialty in illustration pedagogical and editorial. Today I enjoy doing a mixture of both. I like sushi, I love white sheets, colored pencils, bicycles and coffee. Christian by birth, freelance artist with a free soul and an amateur musician. I enjoy doing what I do every day, thinking that tomorrow maybe I will not.

Claire Bédué

I’m an illustrator working in Nantes, France. With 3 good friends and my boyfriend Yvan Duque, we’ve created an association of artists working together, “L’Encre Blanche”, we are crowdfunding a crazy adventure book , which is named KATARAKT! I can’t show all i’ve done for this book yet, images I share here are exhibitions works and personal works. I used a lot of ways to draw and paint because it’s fun to learn and see progress i can make. I work freelance and want to make children books, magazine illustrations, book covers, etc. Subjects i like to draw are (non-exhaustive list) animals, plants, women, happy life, wild nature, ecology, and fantastic worlds!

Sonni

was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where he studied graphic design and worked as an Art Director for animation and film companies. Now he resides in Brooklyn, New York. In his art, he is constantly searching for that lost moment in adolescence where adventure makes dreams a reality, where the imagination and playing develop invisible forces to re-capture those lost momeries from your childhood. He works with different mediums that include paper and pencil, illustrator, acrylic on canvas and wooden sculptures. Yet, his passion is to paint murals in public spaces, finding that dialogue with the public through primary colors and playfulness! sonnistudios.com instagram.com/sonnistudios

I am a multidimensional artist who creates illustrations, books, screen-printing and animation. I was born in Haining, Zhejiang, China, in 1990. I received my B.F.A in 2012 at the China Academy of Art, Hangzhou, China, and My M.F.A in 2014 at the Maryland Institute College of Art, Baltimore. Working as a successful young artist, I have published several books in China since 2007 and have won several very important awards in both China and the US as well, such as 3X3 Student Show Silver Award, 3X3 Children`s Book Honorable Mentioned, American illustration archive selected winner, AOI shortlist winner and so on.

My works capture the profound emotional moments in the human journey when events beyond our control change and propel us backwards in time. Such flashbacks evoke fleeting memories that soothe or haunt, delight or vex; regardless, they spark creative explorations of the psyche that inevitably manifest my recurring theme: the inescapable connection between humanity and nature. This vast concept is grounded with a panoramic palette. Together, my theme and colors provide the vehicle that inspires the audience to see the extraordinary in life`s ordinary moments.

Sean Chao

Originally from Taipei, Taiwan, Sean Chao now finds home in Los Angeles. In 2007, Chao graduated from Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, CA, with a BFA in Illustration. He learned how to create in a variety of mediums, from drawing to painting to sculpture. He found that he liked making art with his hands. Chao creates his miniature sculptures in a small studio with Sculpey (a type of polymer clay), bass wood, balsa wood, paper, wire, and painstaking precision. He creates a delicate balance in his sculptures by showing enough detail to illicit amazement and yet enough imperfection to reveal that they’re lovingly handmade. Nature is a recurring theme in Chao’s work. He often depicts dense forests filled with plants, animals, and insects. He’s also portrayed ocean scenes and even space scenes. He creates a lot of movement in every scene so that each one feels like a moment frozen in time. Watching people view Chao’s artwork, you can’t help but notice their looks of awe as they pore over all the minute details and then their smiles as they walk away. So his intention with his artwork to offer a bit of joy to people seems to be working. Art that tries to change the world - even in a small way—may not be so simplistic after all.
