Živko Kondić My name is Živko Kondić, I’m 27, and I’m a visual artist based in Novi Sad, the capital of Serbian province of Vojvodina. I go under “zhille” and “zhillustrator” in my online presence. My passions are mostly art, design and music related, and I’ve been happily in a relationship with those interests for years now. I also enjoy a good sci-fi book, quality humor/satire, science and nature. I love animals and I’m a big cat-person that unfortunately doesn’t have a cat. Also, I’m an atheist, a humanist, and a rational skeptic. My artistic style tends to be very non-figurative non-objective, geometric, abstract and angular. I prefer dynamically angled composition, and I often use a limited range of value/color. Improvisation is a very important aspect to my work, as I tend to just start an illustration/drawing/painting and see where it gets me. I often make completely unrelated art, not sticking to one pattern a lot. Some of these choices and ways of handling everything reflect upon my more objective and non-abstract digital concepts and digital art in general. People tend to see a distinct touch of mine in all of those different pieces of art/design, at least I’ve been told. Currently, I am employed as a visual artist in a small game studio called Yellow Quince, based in Novi Sad, Serbia, where I am doing all kinds of different work. Having a versatile skill set has proved to be useful. I do occasional freelance illustration and design work as conditions allow.

Džedaj Džedaj is a pseudonym for a young, creative and silly artist from Rijeka that mostly do street art, painting, graphic design, music, photography and burek. Originally from Županja, the place where art or any other form of creative work is sentenced to death, but currently living and studying so-called Academy Of Applied Arts in Rijeka, this extraordinary dude mixes randomness and sillyness with any form of art he’s interested at the moment of artistic enlightenment. He’s heavily influenced by 60s psychedelic posters, ornamental and tattoo work of ancient civilizations, impressionism, art noveau, potato and your mom.

Mar Hernรกndez (Malota)

I am a landscape architect and a woodworker. Large part of my work is done in reclaimed wood. Working on wood that is hundred or three hundred years old means a kind of a journey through time. Planing surface layers of wood, which are cracked because of long years of exposure to atmospheric agents, reveals deep honey shade of old oak so much different from the ‘new’ wood. Furthermore, planing reveals also cracks and traces of human hands - the trace of a nail hammered by someone, or a hit of an axe by farmer so that the plaster could be stuck easier to the house walls. These tracks are inerasable and they continue to live in my pieces in a subtle way: it can take years of owning a piece to get to know them.

Chop Suey

Hello, my name is Ana (aka Chop Suey) I am 21 years old and I am a design student from Mexico. In my free time I do a bunch of silly doodles and paintings. I can’t start anything if I don’t sketch first. I define my drawing as girly and fun but weird. Illustration is my boyfriend.

Tomas Nilsson Ok. Some basic information. My name is Tomas Nilsson. I am 31 years old, born and raised in Dalarna, Sweden, which is in the forest. I am living in Stockholm, with my beautiful wife and my newborn daughter. I recently graduated from Konstfack- University college of Arts Crafts and Design, where I studied graphic design and Illustration. There are several things that inspire me of course, I like to talk about inspiration, but skateboarding is the main inspiration source. I have been skateboarding for about 14 years. I like wood, chairs, colored paper and pencils and markers that live their own lives. Some other projects I am involved in are Smudspepp and Vold. I am also working part time at the museum of modern art here in Stockholm. And I like to draw. I like to mix figurative and abstract shapes, looking for new compositions. I like to follow the line, see where it takes me. Always an adventure when the pen meets the material.
