To All BloomNet Professional Florists, Our thoughts and prayers are with everyone who was affected by the devastation of Hurricane Sandy. Many of our BloomNet Florists have been severely impacted by the storm, including some who have lost or been displaced from their homes and/or lost their possessions due to rising water, wind damage and power outages. As a company and as individuals, we would like to reach out to those in dire need of help. We are heartened by the stories we have been hearing about Florists reaching out to their fellow Florists and within their local communities with offers to open up their homes, provide meals and clothing or even just some place to power up their wireless devices for those in need. To help our BloomNet Florists who have been most severely impacted by Hurricane Sandy, 1800Flowers.com/BloomNet has established a special relief fund. Donations may be made by check, credit card or a deduction on your Clearinghouse statement. In addition, 1800Flowers.com/BloomNet will be matching, dollar for dollar, all donations. As soon as it is appropriate to enter the affected areas, we will be sending members of our field and office staff to assist our Florists as they begin to rebuild their businesses and their lives. To make your donation, please email BloomNet Customer Service at customerservice@bloomnet.net or visit our Fan Page on Facebook www.facebook.com/bloomnet.net and send us a message referencing the “BloomNet Hurricane Sandy Relief Fund" along with your Shop Name, Shop Code, and donation details. Our BloomNet Customer Service Team will be happy to assist with your donation requests. As always, it is extremely touching and rewarding to see the commitment, solidarity and helpfulness we show our fellow Florists and colleagues in times of need. Thank you in advance for your support.
