It may be cold outside, but we’re planning hot fun in the summertime for children. Our exceptional Swim Camps will return with instruction for 5-18 year olds at beginner, intermediate and advanced levels. LEGO Camp will also return with “challenge-centric” experiences for 5-12 year old boys and girls. We have tentative plans for PreEngineering and Engineering FUNdamentals using LEGO® June 15-19. Then we expect the force to be with us as we take on JEDI Engineering and JEDI Master Engineering July 13 -17. Here’s a little known fact: our Continuing Education information management system , ACEware, supports event registration. We are using it to enroll and collect deposits for the Summer School students’ international study experiences in China and London, England. We are also assisting the Performing and Fine Arts Department with registration for their Dancing in the Spirit II: The Griot Festival in March. Are you hosting a conference or workshop? We’ve got the platform that could make your work a little easier. The Department of Social Work Lunch and Learn “What’s Trending” series will continue in the spring. Would your department benefit from similar outreach? Need more information? Contact us at (910) 672-1228 or ContinuingEdu@uncfsu.edu www.uncfsu.edu/continuing-education
