I love riding my E-bike, it makes it a lot easier to keep your heart rate close to what it would be while racing dirt bikes. You don’t spike your heart rate intermittently like you would on an “accoustic” bike.

Road cycling for me. Still spending time on two wheels is important. It helps me the most with endurance and heart rate control. 3-5 hour bike rides make a 2 hour race much easier. Plus the low impact on the body is one of the best!

Mountain biking, without a doubt. First of all I love being on the trails as it just reminds me of racing. It is also super fun and you get a great workout at the same time. Florida might be flat but we still manage to have some great trail systems.
