The strength of the chamber is a reflection of the business community it serves. NOCC is focused on connecting you and your business to the solutions you need to excel. It is a platform for connectivity, programming and resources for people and organizations to accelerate ideas and opportunities.

NOCC and its board of directors has removed the barrier of traditional membership to better serve you, your business and our community. Our goal is to create a place where all business professionals, regardless of position or industry, can come together for learning, connecting and collaborating. Program offerings range from networking opportunities to marketing, from business-building products and services to meeting room space, all via a fee for service model, affording you the opportunity to engage meaningfully in ways that work best for you or your business.
