COVE NUTTY ALEXANDER

Add 30ml Cognac, 15ml Chocolate Liqueur, 20ml Cove Hazelnut Liqueur and 25ml cream to a cocktail shaker. Shake over plenty of ice. Strain into a chilled Coupe glass and garnish with grated chocolate. HAZELNUT ESPRESSO MARTINI

Pour 50ml Cove Vodka, 20ml Cove Coffee Liqueur. 15ml Cove Hazelnut Liqueur and a double espresso into a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds and strain into a chilled Martini glass. Garnish with 3 coffee beans.
