Per i prodotti Saber, sono utilizzate pelli di ottima flessibilità e resistenza all’abrasione, la crosta bovina è conciata con cura e tinteggiata successivamente con tecniche speciali che garantiscono brillantezza e impermeabilità. Il vero cuoio naturale è stampato nella finitura in rilievo effetto coccodrillo. La realizzazione dei coordinati, applicazione del cuoio, la cucitura dei pellami per il rivestimento dei vari elementi sono eseguite con grande maestria e passione.
Le strutture e gli sportelli sono realizzati in tamburato in legno d’abete e nido d’ape all’interno, ciò genera maggior leggerezza pur garantendo un ottima planarità dei componenti verticali e orizzontali. L’intelaiatura del tamburato e le cornici sono in legno massello.
La struttura degli elementi curvi è in multistrato impiallacciato, esternamente in tranciato di legno naturale. I pezzi sono resi unici ed irripetibili, grazie alla selezione delle essenze naturali, l’uniformità delle venature e le tonalità di colore dell’impiallacciatura di tranciato naturale. I fogli di compensato di pioppo sono incollati tra loro con rigorose tecniche artigianali in stampi curvi che garantiscono un’arcatura assolutamente precisa in ogni singolo pezzo.
Le vernici sono di alta qualità, idonee a durare nel tempo e resistere ai prodotti per la pulizia. I cicli di verniciatura sono numerosi e proteggono integralmente le essenze legnose con finiture morbide e luminose.

Saber products use only extremely fl exible and abrasion-resistant leathers. The split is tanned carefully and then dyed with special techniques that ensure bright colors and impermeability. The natural genuine leather has a relief crocodile finish. The creation of the coordinates, the application of the leather, the sewing of the leathers to upholster the various items is done with great skill and passion.
Корпус гнутых элементов изготавливается из многослойного фанерованного дерева, а с наружной стороны он выполняется из натурального шпона. Детали являются уникальными и неповторимыми благодаря использованию натуральных пород дерева, специальной подборки однородного рисунка прожилок и оттенков отделки из натурального шпона. Листы многослойной фанеры из тополя склеиваются на основе строгой ручной технологии в гнутых пресс-формах, обеспечивающих точнейший изгиб каждой отдельной детали.

The body and doors are made of a sandwich structure in pinewood and honeycomb on the inside. This provides for light weight while ensuring the excellent levelness of the vertical and horizontal components. The frame of the sandwich panel and the moldings are made of solid wood.

The structure of the curved elements is made of veneered plywood with a layer of natural wood on the exterior. The pieces are made unique and matchless thanks to the select natural woods, the uniform wood grain and shades of the natural wood veneer. The layers of poplar plywood are glued together using strictly artisanal techniques in curved templates to ensure absolutely precise arching of every single piece.
При изготовлении продукции Saber используется мягчайшая кожа с повышенной износоустойчивостью, спилок коровьей кожи подвергается тщательному дублению, а затем окрашивается по специальной технологии, обеспечивающей блеск и водонепроницаемость. The top-quality paints are made to last and resist to cleaning products. The many painting cycles fully protect the wood with soft and bright finishes.
