become an alliance partner
Opportunities for advisers If you’re an asset allocation adviser you’re encouraged to join us as an Alliance Partner. There is no cost to joining and there are many benefits. You will have priority access to the best opportunities and we can assist you to establish direct property and associated residential property investments within your clients’ SMSF portfolio. We assist our Alliance Partners build property as a new offering within their business via training and education, client information events and webinars, plus educational materials. Direct property is considered a key driver in the growth of SMSFs, so don’t miss out. When you purchase a property, whether new or old, a commission is payable to the real estate agent managing the sale. The cost of sale is a standard transaction cost and factored into the sale price. Typically this is around 2.0% - 2.5% of the sale price. On a $500,000 property, that’s $10,000 to $12,500. At Future Estate we always offer the approved rate by the recognised state-based real estate industry body (i.e. Real Estate Institute Queensland, or REIQ). Our Alliance Partners can elect to rebate this amount in full or in part to their valued clients as a part of a fee-for-service model and a tangible way to demonstrate ability to leverage strategic relationships to enhance outcomes for their clients. Alternatively, this can become an important new revenue stream. Either way, we would be delighted to discuss with you as to how Future Estate investment products can become a integral part of your clients’ asset allocation strategy.
