HOW DOES OUR CHEESE ARISE All the lines of Hole in One chesees, Bianco, Granetto, and Mozza, are produced following a few simple rules: We control and directly manage all the production chain: from the farming of the grass, hay, mais and soy aimed to feed animals in our breeding farms, to the production of milk we employ in our goods. We just breed Italian Frisone cows. Our processing follows and respects strictly artisan rules, to guarantee an unsophisticated and genuine product as the excellence of Italian Fine Food requires.


Hole in One Bianco Hole in One Bianco has unique and distinguishing characteristics. Thanks to the high level of lactobacillus living cells, which survive during the first phase of our digestive process inside our stomach, they arrive in our intestines completely alive, and there they can work and have their healthy impact on our system. Main characteristics of Hole in One Bianco are, absolutely lactose free, low fat level and a very high level of phosphorus and calcium. Consuming it stimulates processes that involves our vital functions: digestion, intestinal bacterial flora activity, bloodstream, endocrine glands activity, ionic exchanges of mineral salts between cells and tissues.

Hole in One Bianco cheese is an absolute innovation created by Eng. Angelo Frosio, its productive process and its conditions of use are patented. WHO IS Angelo Frosio Engineer Angelo Frosio is one of the most important international expert in the dairy field. He is the scientific director of Centro Latte Lodi. He’s been developing since 40 years researches in the microbiology field and he is author of many essays. His activity around the world is dedicated to create and to give value to unique and quality controlled cheeses. He’s been bestowed upon the International Award for Humanitarian, Scientific and Artistic Sciences, in Chicago, and in Italy upon the honour of Cavaliere (Knight) by the Italian Republic President Giorgio Napolitano.


HOW DOES HOLE IN ONE CHOCO ARISE Hole in One Choco is pure chocolate, that’s to say with no additive at all. Besides the significant contribution of vitamins (vitamin A,E,D) it provides some special polyphenol categories, the so called flavonoides. These chemical compounds are very powerful antioxidants and they reduce the cardiac illness hazard and slow down the ageing process. In 1998 in Melbourne it’s been showed that stearic acid – which is present in chocolate – has completely different properties compared with all others saturated fatty acids. It has even been revealed as a powerful prevention agent against micro coronary thrombus. It enhances the brain serotonin concentration, which is felt as an energy and pleasure sensation.


HOLE IN ONE CHOCOLATE QUALITY Our product is selected buying cocoa as Criollo, Forastero and Trinitario, from the main cocoa seeds producers worldwide, countries like the ones in the African Continent such as Ivory Coast, Ghana, Nigeria and Cameroon, from where cocoa seeds best qualities come from.

We started from traditional recipes, rethought by the creativity and professionalism of expert chefs, using typical Italian raw materials, as the campanina apple, or the white watermelon, enriched with unusual and refined combinations. Respecting Italian Excellence, we select only fresh raw materials, and we employ producing times and methods which enables to keep colours and perfumes unchanged, with no necessity to use preservatives, additives, thickeners or antioxidants.
