Webb Pump Service Techs Perform Aquaforce Start-Up Training for UCONN Plumbing Department F. W. Webb’s service technicians, Mike Pimental and Marty Ludvigsen, performed start-up training for the plumbing department at UCONN for two G&L Aquaforce systems. These were recently sold to replace Armstrong systems at Hilltop Suites and North Campus 1. Great interest was shown by all personnel and important questions were asked. It is service like this that as endeared Webb Pump to the UCONN Staff!

Charlie Slattery Retiring
F. W. Webb Company is all about loyalty, hard work, integrity fairness, straight talk, reliability, the big picture, ethical behavior, legacy, positive attitude and long term commitment. Charlie Slattery epitomizes these and many more platitudes. Forty-two years after beginning his career at Webb, preceded interestingly enough by his dad Charlie Jr. who also did 40 years with the company, Charlie rose quickly through the ranks to become Senior Vice President of Purchasing. Charlie is an industry icon renowned for a quick logical mind, great common sense and a fairness and toughness combination that earned him the respect of (Central his peers at Webb and a legion of industry admirers. He will retire on December 31, 2010. He will be missed! The good news is that his son Chip Slattery heads up Webb’s internet ecommerce initiative so the Slattery tradition at F.W. Webb Company continues!
