WELCOME TO FYNEFEST!
Thank you to everyone who is reading this for being part of our wee festival - whether this is your first-year attending, or you’re one of our legendary FyneFest regulars – we are delighted to welcome you to #FyneFest23!

We are incredibly proud of our small team and all the hard work they’ve put in to bring you what we feel is going to be our best FyneFest yet.
We’ve taken on the 2022 feedback and are ready to deliver you even more music, more activities to enjoy between pints (and to compliment them), more delicious food options and, as always, an incredible line up of local, national and international beer… oh and a margarita truck!
This is your chance to relax, enjoy time in the highlands, catch up with old friends and make new ones, a chance to explore new tastes and flavours, and a chance to sing and dance and most importantly, have fun.
We sincerely hope you enjoy your time with us this weekend, and if there’s anything we can do to make it better while you’re here, don’t hesitate to let a member of the team know - except the weather, we can’t do much about that!
So we hope you’ll join us in raising a glass (or several) to FyneFest and all the fun it brings – we hope you have an amazing weekend and we want to hear all about it - if you’ve got signal in the glen, tag us @FyneFest on Twitter and @FyneFest23 on Instagram, and use #FyneFest23 so we can see and share your photos, stories and festival highlights. Cheers!
BEER TOKENS
One beer token costs £1.60, with most beers or ciders costing three or four tokens for a pint - check the beer boards to see the standard pouring size and token price. Tokens can be purchased from the Token Point in the Main Marquee or from the Merch & Ticket Tent at the entrance.

Tokens are non-refundable, but can be used in the Merch Tent or Brewery Shop until Monday to take something home with you at the end of the weekend.
FIRST AID & STAYING SAFE
The First Aid tent is situated adjacent to the Main Marquee - look for the banner!
Please drink responsibly and try to stay hydrated using the drinking water points provided. There’s one in the Main Arena and one in the campervan field - both are on the map on the back cover.
Please be confident that you are legally safe to drive before attempting to do so on departure from the site.
If at any time you have any concerns about security or safety, please speak to one of our stewards (red shirts) or staff team (black shirts). In the unlikely event of an accident or emergency, please respect the stewarding team and follow all instructions given by them.
CASH/CARD
Merch, tokens, the Brewery Tap & Shop, Wine & Spirits Bar and food vendors are card only. If you need cashback for any reason (quiz, bingo etc) it will also be available at the Token Point, Merch/Ticket Tent and Brewery Tap (£1 admin fee).
DOGS
Those with canine pals at the festival will be aware of the new policy regarding dogs - please stick to it, keeping dogs on leads at all times (except the Dog Run Field) and keeping dogs out of the Main Marquee (they’re welcome everywhere else).
If you experience or are aware of any dog-related issue during the weekend, please inform a member of the festival staff team.
NOISE
We ask that attendees avoid excessive noise in the camping area between midnight and 8am, and respect the Quiet Camping area with no loud noise after 10pm. Stewards will patrol the camping areas during allquiet hours and continued excessive noise may result in ejection from the festival.
RECYCLING
Adjacent to the Main Arena is a recycling point with separate areas for various recyclables - please help us look after the environment by placing all recyclable waste in these bins and not in general waste.
GLASSES
Attendees will be provided with a glass on entering the festival. Glasses can be cleaned using the glass washers in the Main Marquee.

A limited number of replacement glasses are available in exchange for three tokens (£4.80) from the Merch Tent. Please don’t break your glass, it’s bad times for everyone if you do.
LOST PROPERTY
Please hand any lost property to stewards, Main Bar team members or into the Token Point (Main Marquee). If seeking something lost, go to the Token Point with your fingers crossed!
WASTE WATER
For those in campervans, there is a waste water disposal point adjacent to the toilets off the track-way in the campervan field.
SHOWERS
There are a small number of festival showers available. We ask that you pay two beer tokens into the honesty box - and don’t take too long as everyone wants a shot!
MERCH/TOKEN TENT
We’ve got a small range of Fyne Ales and FyneFest merchandise, including some brandnew designs available for #FyneFest23. Please note - merch is not available until 4pm Friday 2 June - token sales only until then.
BBQS & FIRES
Due to license requirements, BBQs are not permitted in either camping area. If you wish to use a BBQ, please go to the designated area marked on the festival map. No other open fires are permitted anywhere on site.
Please use the dedicated bins at the BBQ Area to dispose of single-use BBQs and hot ashes.
Beer and food - perfect partners at FyneFest, and we’ve once again pulled out all the stops to bring the finest scran to Glen Fyne. This year, there’s an incredible range of food to choose from so be sure to check out the menu boards and prices outside each vendor for full info, and please ask about allergens before you order.

The #FyneFest23 Main Bar features 150+ beers rotating across 64 taps over the weekend - most beers will only be available for a short time (until they run out)! The beers currently pouring are displayed on blackboards above the bar and change regularly.
The bar is split into two halves for Cask (C) & Keg (K) beers, and each half is further divided by the beer styles, so all the fruity keg beers are grouped together, and all the hoppy cask beers are together further down the bar.
Each beer style has a colour which is used in this programme and on the blackboards above the bar - learning what the colours represent and where they’re pouring will help you find your perfect beer every time.
The Main Bar beers are organised by brewery with each beer’s name, ABV and description alongside some useful additional info - the format (Cask - C, Keg - K or both), style (using the colour-coding system) and whether it’s vegan-friendly (V ). Lactose-containing beers will be marked on the beer blackboards above the bar.
Remember when choosing what you fancy that most beers will only be available for a short time - it’s usually best to check the boards first and then find the description in the lists below!
Juicy, cask New England IPA
Decadent chocolate and hazelnut Porter.
Smooth American-hopped IPA.
The diagram below shows where to find each style of beer and the numbered blackboards above the bar are also colour-coded to help steer you in the right direction.

If you don’t, they will probably ask you for a number anyway.
