We are celebrating 70 years of the Gürtl and hope that you will join us!

Our story began back in 1954, when our grandparents Berta and Florian Gürtl set up a Bed and Breakfast in their small family home.

70 years later, the reception is now located where the kitchen used to be. Little remains of that first B&B, but our regulars guests still know all about it.

Join us on our journey into the past! Send us your favourite holiday snapshots from the last 70 years and let us reminisce together. Your pics will be published on our website, and all the participants take part in a raffle with great prizes.

Our summer season begins on 17 May and lasts until 23 October. A newly renovated indoor pool invites you to relax, and we have also added a guided e-bike taster tour to the weekly programme.

Bernadette, Peter and Marion all passed the required tests with flying colours and are now authorised to guide you.

In order to improve our hiking expertise, we have also officially joined the „Wanderdörfer Österreich“, the association of Austrian hiking villages. The meeting point right outside the hotel entrance is the ideal location to plan your next cycling or hiking tour.
