RULES Silent auction rules • Each individual or couple attending the auction is assigned a bidder number, appearing on the back of the program book. • Each auction item will be represented by a bid sheet. Enter your bid by writing your bidder number and amount on the bid sheet. To constitute a valid bid, bidding must start at or above the minimum bid and/or the stated minimum increment described on the bid sheet. • Items without a Guaranteed Price indicated are sold to the highest bidder at the close of bidding for the table. Items with a Guaranteed Price are sold to the first person to write their bidder number where indicated for Guaranteed Price or, if no such buyer, to the highest bidder. The Auction Committee reserves the right to remove invalid bids, resolve disputes, or withdraw the offering. • Closing times for tables will be staggered throughout the evening and posted at each table. See the “Schedule of Events” for specific closing times. • Winning bids will be set out on each table after the table has been closed and recorded.

After you check out, return to the Wine Grab to take your bottle home. • To purchase an invitation to one of the parties offered on a Party Board, write your bidder number in the space associated with the party you wish to attend.
