I strongly believe in the connection between design and identity and this apartment renovation was a great opportunity to experiment through architectural design on a small scale. The client already had a great collection of 52 plants in his 54m² apartment and was struggling to organize them, as many had different life cycles, he also didn’t want to live in a greenhouse, but at singular home full of life. The design challenge was to have this collection and other aspects of owner’s personality expressed in design, so the house would shelter and be part of his lifestyle.
