BRIEF Everyone experiences stress or anxiety at times. Statistics shown that more people are struggling with anxiety with every next generation. Sadly, anxiety cannot be cured. But can be treated. This project aims to relieve symptoms of anxiety and help solve muscle related issues, by simulating body massages using electrical stimulation. The objetive to give a identity to the product as part of the brand Nike, its to communicate not a medical aesthetic product, but to make the consumer undertand it is a high-end suit targeting people that not only have an active lifestyle but also that enjoys fashion.

TYPES OF MASSAGES The product is an upper body haptic suit, that alternates between low frequency electroshocks, vibrations and soft grindings on the skin - to mimic the hands of a masseuse to relax, energize or prepare your body for activity. From research, different types of massages where gathered to give the right effect before and exercise or even after a anxiety crisis.

SHIATSU MASSAGE Ideal for muscle problems, injuries, after Gym or after surgery.

THAI MASSAGE Ideal for blood circulation and increase energy levels.

DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE Ideal to begin any other massage and prepare muscles for exercise.

SWEEDISH MASSAGE Good to relax and calm muscles when feeling stressed or anxious.

APP the App it’s essential so the whole experience of turning on and off the suit is effective. The suit has a bluetooth connection that connects to the APP and from there you can: - Choose the Massage Routine Based on your day-to-day activitites. - Change settings of the massage Make it stronger, faster or even slower. -You can activate or deactivate the hot/cold patch option. - Schedule when to receive the massage simulation. - Check your heart rate, calories, step meter and sleep chart to better know yourself. - Connect to the Nike community so the app can collect data and improve each day for your needs.

BRIEF Addressing mental health and psychosocial aspects of COVID-19 Outbreak with a product that envolves Virtual or Agumented Reality contexts. Halo its a design for the future that adresses problems of today. Has a bladeless drone that accompany you everywhere you go and the Hub that manages your toutine by connecting with the APP and the house appliances.

PROTOTYPE The aesthetic of the product has to give a frienldly yet attractive feel to it. Without having a super technologic feel to it so people don’t feel reluctive to use the services the product provides.

METHOD PEOPLE USE TO COPE WITH ANXIETY

RESEARCH The products was made based in a field study and questionaire sent thought our collegues, friends and families and understand what was the most demaging part of beeing in quarentine due to the pandemic.

We had a total of 83 responses that helped us to identify that more then a half feels stress or anxious at home with no one to rely on.

First thing in the morning, the drone wakes you up with a pleasant breeze.

Talk to your friends anywhere you want with a more interactive and engaging experience.

You can meditate with Halo with the help of your guide, the AI Genie.

Connect with your psyquiatrist in the confort of your home like he is there with you.


We developed a personal assistant with new artificial intelligence that will allow you to calm anxiety and stress when your friends or family are not available to talk to you. With Halo you will always feel accompanied, it will always be with you when you need it. Like your family, like your friends. No screens, with a new visual and voice interface that will make you feel as if you were always talking to someone else.


APP

The app it’s gateaway to connect to the Halo functionalities and records. Everything that you do with it - talk to a friend, talk to the AI Gini, listen to music, etc.... It’s recorded for your own safety and you are always aware of your health improvements.

BRIEF Regione Lombardia - The city’s townhall - promoted a design marathon to give opportunity to students and graduates in design to showcase their habilities in a day competition and attend an award ceremony during Salone del Mobile to present their project. The candidates were divided into groups to work in the distintict brief: - Rethinking a communication strategy, coordinated image and digital transformation of Piazza Città di Lombardia. At the end of the Hackathon, a winning group were chosen by the representatives of the Lombardy Region and HFARM, one for each challenge launched, to which a cash prize (3,000 euros) was awarded.

The Problem The Piazza Città di Lombardia it’s well known as the largest covered square in Europe that hosts several activities. Not much people feel confortable going throught the open area as it is cold in the winter season and it’s very hot in the summer.

The Solution The solution was to bring the nature inside the main area to make the enviroment much more confortable to the visitors. Modular and light furniture design was positioned throughout the coveres area so people could move around and position anywhere they want. Even close to the Playground where children can play safely.

Urban Planning As an architect, I thought in a modern and playful interior that supports various events that would take place in the square. Benches are blue like the lakes of the Lombardy terriotry, the green areas represent the montains of Italy and all furniture is light so people can move, gather and change the space as it fits them. Playgroud was places in a safe area so children can play without any worries.

Communication Campain .The Objective was to make a campaign to engage the citizens and invite new people to the square by promoting events. This campaign is placed in one side of the in-site communication. Where the base concept was to create wayfiding system for the square and the surrounding buildings. The totems are complemented by digital signage, a dynamic and easy to use way of presenty daily events, alerts, campaigns, news, etc.

Branding The logo was created to give an identity to the campain so people can recognise their cities on the advertising video and other visual communication and feel compeled to visit the event as it shows a message of belonging. A brand book was made as a present to the jury of the board so they can have in printing the hole design - urban planning identity, furniture identity and branding as one.
