Ultraboost Induction Hob cuts down on cooking time. It features UltraBoost technology, which heats up 35% faster than the classic function. This technology allows the induction hob to generate heat exclusively in contact with cookware, instantly raising its temperature so that the heat transfers to the food. Now, you can boil two litres of water in just fourand-a-half minutes compared to six or seven minutes.

Both the BPI164HUX (60cm) and BPI184HUB (80cm) models accommodate all shapes and sizes of cookware. They also have electronic, touch-sensitive controls for effortless use and precise heating levels to help you create perfect dishes every time.

All Brandt induction hobs come with 10 safety measures, such as Residual Heat Indicator, which alerts you when areas are still hot after intensive use; an antioverflow feature that switches the hob off when overflow spills onto the control panel or when a damp towel is placed over the buttons; and Automatic Saucepan Detection, which ensures the cooking zone only operates when in contact with induction-compatible cookware.
