All of our barrels are crafted from 4140 steel with a bore diameter of 0.736", ranging in length from 26" –34". These barrels are carefully crafted from forged bar stock, designed specifically for the production of firearm barrels. They undergo precise gun drilling and honing to ensure exceptional quality. The chambers measure 2 3/4" and feature extended, elongated forcing cones to diminish recoil. Additionally, an adjustable muzzle loop allows for personalized impact adjustments.
To bolster durability, the ribs are expertly united using a combination of silver soldering and laser welding, providing assurance that rib detachment or loosening will be a thing of the past. All of this careful workmanship takes place in our factory located in Connecticut and after one shot we’re sure you’ll feel like a super man.
We have crafted the vents on our shotguns with precision and engineered each angle to improve ventilation while minimize the mirage effect. This sets our shotguns apart from others in terms of performance and helps to give you better sight, making the advantage clear.

The G1 receiver is machined from a solid block of 416 aircraft-grade stainless steel or, in the case of case-colored guns, 8620 chrome molybdenum steel. Designed with a focus on reliability and strength from the ground up, it also incorporates removable inspection ports. These ports enable thorough cleaning of the mechanism without requiring the gun to be removed from its

The top lever has a spacious and ergonomic design, ensuring effortless, stress-free operation during high-volume shooting sessions.
The safety has a top selector, located behind the top lever and can be easily locked for competition shooting.
The trigger is set at 3 1/2–4 pounds and is an extremely simple design for performance and reliability. It’s single selective, with a selector in the middle of the safety. Additionally, release triggers are an available option for those who prefer them.

While many manufacturers procure wood on a just-in-time basis, we recognize the paramount importance of having access to exceptional wood that has undergone proper long-term drying.
Within our unparalleled facility, we house thousands of wood blanks, from which only a select few will meet the exacting standards. This traditional oil finish possesses forgiving qualities, and due to the multiple coats applied, most blemishes or scratches can be effortlessly eliminated through buffing.
This sets us apart from many other firearms companies, as they often employ non-traditional finish applications that do not allow for buffing and necessitate complete refinishing or replacement if damaged.

Superbird
The Anson & Deeley system is a classic design for a boxlock shotgun that was invented by Thomas Anson and William Deeley in the late 19th century—it’s known for its reliability, strength, simplicity, and robustness.
While many modern shotguns may have a boxlock appearance, not all of them use the true Anson & Deeley system. Authentic Anson & Deeley actions are often considered more complex to machine and assemble than some other designs, but they have stood the test of time. It’s why we machine each one from a solid steel block to ensure precision and reliability. It’s a testament to the enduring appeal of well-crafted firearms that combine both function and aesthetics. It’s what makes the Superbird simply superb.

Our standard choices for wood stocks include Black Walnut, Turkish Circassian Walnut, or English Walnut. These stocks are accurately crafted with our own custom oil finish (please refer to finishes on pages 45–59).
To further customize your Superbird shotgun, you have the option to choose from a range of heavy target-configured stocks including ventilated rib, beavertail, or splinter along with your preferred grip style, which can be a pistol grip, semi-pistol grip, or straight grip.
