Benzo es considerado uno de los pintores chilenos más activos en la escena artística Berlinesa. Desde su inmersión en una de las ciudades con más intensidad en el mundo del arte actual, Pablo ha sabido absorber la energía de Berlín para transferirla en “misteriosas y elegantes figuras que bailan en cámara lenta”. Tomando los colores como principal herramienta para transmitir su apasionado temperamento, los utiliza en completa armonía con las delicadas formas que son plasmadas en pinturas al óleo, collages y esculturas. En su trabajo, él entabla una colaboración entre movimientos tanto provocadores como balanceados y un gentil espíritu en las formas, ya sean plantas, muebles, objetos existentes, o propios de su imaginario. Benzo is considered one of the most active Chilean painters in the Berlin art scene. Since his immersion in one of the cities with more intensity in the world of contemporary art, Pablo has managed to absorb the energy of Berlin to transfer it into “mysterious and elegant figures that dance in slow motion�. Taking colors as the main tool to convey his passionate temperament, he uses them in complete harmony with the delicate forms that are embodied in oil paintings, collages and sculptures. In his work, he establishes a collaboration between provocative and balanced movements and a gentle spirit in the forms, be they plants, furniture, existing objects, or those of his imagination. Benzo works without haste, but methodically and relies on the effectiveness of constant practice for the generation of pictorial discoveries that can turn into innovation.
